Badly coordinated by Viator and extremely bad customer experience.

No Advice by Viator about the next steps of the pick up or about who is picking us up. There was No contact info of the local driver given to me. We had to hunt around seeking for sign boards of our names or hopefully see a Viator sign but could not find anything. We had to called Viator office about the pick up arrangement ourselves using a airport info desk phone, and it was deemed a Lin distance call . My Customer experience is negative five !
Actually everything was sent to you in detail including the drivers direct phone number through the viator portal. You choose not to review your emails. On arrival you never called anyone and took your own transportation. When you arrived in Niagara Falls you actually called the driver and asked him for a refund. What I find odd is that you had the drivers phone number when asking for a refund and did not call hime when you arrived at the airport. The driver was still waiting and looking for you at the airport when you called. Please always review you email and voucher for proper instructions.
It was a shared transport but since there were 4 of us in the group, we have the van by ourselves.
Cici with Attraction4usLLC was awesome, he call or txt you a day before to confirm your pick-up. Definitely will use them again.
The ride itself could not be any better with Sam, our driver. The company had already emailed me his name and phone number so I could call him as soon as my flight landed. He was polite and chatty enough without being overly so.
The only bad part was getting connected with him at the airport! He had asked us to wait curbside but the airport's traffic warden shoo'ed us away, to wait in another area. It took 4 phone-calls back and forth including the cab company before we actually met. By then he had driven 4 laps around the airport, looking for us. Frustrating and tiring, after 7 hours of flying!
