This was a great tour. Gary was very informative, fun and personable. We had some great beer, Thai food, pizza, pumpkin cheesecake and gelato. The tour covers a lot of territory, so be prepared for a good walk. I would highly recommend the tour and Gary as the guide!

Chris did an exceptional job on our walking foodie tour. He is very knowledgeable about the area. We sampled beer, appetizers, pizza and desserts at 5 different restaurants. I highly recommend this tour and just a trip to Niagara-on-the-Lake which is absolutely beautiful.

A group of us were visiting N-O-T-L and decided to do this tour. No regrets and worth the fee of 65. As this was in the spring the visit included an amazing visit to Willow Cakes and Pastries which made for an extended walk. Charlie our guide Really Charlie?! was very well informed about local history and our guided tour was touched with the right amount of humour. It is always a great day when you learn at least one new thing and have such wonderful food to eat! Time wise this ran longer than expected, however this was because one of the establishments we visited was running behind schedule. Mentioning this in case you have time constraints. At this time of year there was no shortage of flowers and flowering trees to feast our eyes upon. Something to mention is that the temperature dropped by several degrees and made this walk chillier than we were dressed for so dress with caution and layers so you can be comfortable. Also want to mention that there was no shortgage of washrooms to use along the way. Well done Charlie!

It was a nice day and a good walk. We ate Irish stew, a wonderful salad with fresh ricotta cheese, mussels, had a couple of good drinks and a delicious chocolate desert all followed by gelato. The tour guide was incredible and we enjoyed his vast knowledge of the history of Niagara on the Lake. This tour is a MUST DO!!!

We live in the Buffalo, NY area and this is only one hour away.
Niagara On The Lake has been called The Loveliest Town in Ontario and for very good reasons.
The town is quaint and very historic. We have been to NOTL many times but the Culinary Tour
on Friday July 3, 2015 was the highlight of our visits.
Charlie, the tour guide, was witty, entertaining and very knowledgeable about NOTL and its
unique history. Just walking around the Town and its beautiful sights would have been
sufficient but to have the added benefit of the culinary tasting made for a perfect afternoon.
We stopped at 5 different eateries and all were very generous in their food portions and ambiance.
Each location treated all four of us as special with knowledgeable personnel being very attentive
to us. We had a choice of 5 pub lunches at an Irish Pub, a special caprice salad at a restaurant next to the Shaw Festival, a lobster-crab cake and glass of wine at one of the finest Inns in NOTL.
We then went to a boutique bakery for a strawberry shortcake and finished with ample tastings of
a large variety of sorbets and gelatos.
The 3 hours went by very quickly and were balanced with walking and eating,
NOTL is a real gem and the Culinary Tour made it all the better.
