What a trip and What a well informed tour guide no match this was a fantastic trip with a very nice tour guide.
It was a wonderful experience despite the cold and rainy weather we went in late October. The views were espectacular! And the boat tour was awesome. Our guide Lizardo was the best. He keeps nuts and seeds in his pockets and squirrels and birds come to him. I had a bird eating from my hand! Totally recommendable!!!
Our guide Pat could not have been better. He was a native New Yorker and was very comfortable with the area. It was a very relaxing, pleasing time and I would highly recommend the tour. Make sure you ask for Pat!
Niagara Falls is a beautiful sight and James Egan made it fun and interesting to see. He was very knowledgeable with many facts and stories. He took the time with us to be sure we saw everything and had photo opportunities. We were able to see much more than we could have on our own. It was apparent that he enjoys his job and likes sharing the history of the falls. We enjoyed the wonderful scenery and Jim's guidance.
This is a tour you don't want to miss. The tour bus picks you up at your hotel, takes you to the boat landing area. Your take the boat trip to both falls, getting rather wet on the way! then you get to spend time on the Observation Deck, which is excellent for photo ops. After that, a trip a few minutes away to Whirlpool Rapids. then you get driven to the Cave of the Winds, which lets you out right under Niagara Falls. You will get soaked on the hurricane deck I watched people get knocked over - the deck is aptly named! but it's completely fun!
WE HAD PAT R. AS OUR TOUR GUIDE AND HE WAS THE BEST I HAVE EVER HAD ON A TOUR. HE WAS SO KNOWLEDGEABLE AND TRULY CARED FOR HIS PASSENGERS. HE HAD COMPASSION FOR ALL. IT WAS A GREAT TOUR.
Maid of the Mist boat ride was something one has to experience. The wind coming off the falls made it all the more exciting and I was awe struck.
The Niagra Falls Tour and Maid in the Mist was fantastic, have been waiting to do this since I saw it in a film as a child. We came during our tour of the States and Canada for our 40th wedding anniversary, would recommend it as something you really should do if you ever get the chance to visit.
Our guide Pat R was brilliant.
The Falls are spectacular! The tour was very interesting and informative. We learned a lot about the history of the falls, within all the several stops on the tour. Our guide, Pat, was very good and entertaining.
the tour was awesome Pat R. is very knowledgeable about the area and how things run with the park. My family enjoyed the whole tour from beginning to the end. Price was a little high compare to some of the tour I saw in the park but all good..
Jim and CharlesJim the driver and Charles the guide tour are incredible! My family and I enjoyed the trip! I would recommend to every body!
An amazing tour - Randy was one of the best tour guides we've had in a long time. Delightful!
Our tour Guide was really friendly and informative. The tour was perfect for our family that ranged from 9 years up to 67 years old. It is worth the 4 1/2 hours. We all had fun and definitely will be using this again when we come back.
Guides were excellent. There were long lines, don't go on Saturday if avoidable.
Totally awesome!!! I am so happy to recommend this tour. For Adults and also kids.
It was a great experience
The tour guide was knowledgeable and had a great personality
I would definitely recommend the tour
We were picked up by the tour bus approximately 15 minutes late and I make 2 phones calls to verify pick up time and that our tour time would be honored
Really enjoyed the trip, We had Ed for a guide and he was very knowledgeable and funny. The tour included a lot of stops with a lot for us to see and do. Really glad we went on the tour, we wouldn't have gotten to all those places otherwise.
The tour guide Dan was quite helpful, although it seem as if we were in a rush when driving around in the bus from location to location. The sites were awesome, even though a freak windstorm created a hurricane simulator on the Maid of the Mist and dock. My hats off to the poor gentleman don't know his name who in shorts and a light jacket who soaked to the bone picked up almost all of the spilled ponchos on the stairs. I felt sorry for him. Other than that well worth the money even though we got wet!!!!
