What You Can Expect

Small Group Half Day Tour to Cannes Antibes and St Paul De Vence from Nice

Saint Paul De Vence

After being picked up from your central Nice hotel, meet your guide and small group of no more than 15 people, then set out along the coast towards Cannes. Enjoy spectacular views along the idyllic Mediterranean coast as you journey along the French Riviera, and after around a 45-minute drive, arrive in glamorous Cannes.

Discover why Cannes has been dubbed the ‘Hollywood of France’ as you admire the legendary Palais des Festivals, where the annual Cannes Film Festival is held, and stroll along the ‘Path of the Stars’, Cannes’ version of Hollywood’s ‘Walk of Fame’. While you’re there, use your free time to marvel at the views along the glittering seafront promenade of La Croisette, stroll along the beach, or visit the 17th-century Fort Royal (own expense).

Continue to the market town of Antibes, where highlights include Picasso’s house, and ‘Billionaire’s Bay’, nicknamed for its row upon row of luxurious yachts – a reminder of the high-flying celebrities, royals, and business tycoons that vacation in the French Riviera.

Make one final stop in the charming hilltop village of Saint-Paul-De-Vence, where you’ll have time to stroll the cobbled streets, admire the medieval architecture, and learn the legacy of former residents including artists such as Jacques Raverat and Marc Chagrall.

After an afternoon taking in the highlights of the French Riviera, return to Nice, where your tour ends with drop-off at your hotel.

Our guide Sami was on time to pick us up and very nice and friendly. he also informed us very well.
It is just a very quick tour and good you don't have much time. But there was not enough time to enjoy the visited places. We realised that excluding Cannes would be much better and save time for other places. We couldn't even sit somewhere and have a cup of cofee.
We had only about half an hour in Antibes and visited Pablo Picasso Museum very very quickly, and din't have any time to see anything else. That was a pitty!.You should spend at least an hour in the museum, be there before noon to enjoy the market place, and good food, and have some coffe joy!
It was a nice road trip along the seashore, and on the way up to St Paul de Vince.
Thank you Sami and Viator!

3 star rating: Worth doing May 2017

I wouldnt call this a tour... more like glorified pick up and drop off. We spent most of the time in the van.

Got picked up from Nice, drove 45 mins to Cannes to only be told we had 10 mins to take pictures. That's it. We also got 2 facts from the driver. Not a tour. Then we got back in the van and drove 30 mins to Antibes, where we had 40 mins to roam. Again not enough time if youre hope was to visit the Picasso museum. Again we got like 3 facts told to us by the driver. Then we went to St Paul de Vence which was amazing but we only had 50 mins to explore. Again no tour. Then we drove back to Nice. The end. So if you want to have an actual tour and learn, this isnt the trip for you. But if youre looking to quickly hit a few spots, then I guess this is worth it.
