Make your own way to the Paterson’s Cooking School on the Sunshine Coast to begin your pasta cooking class and meet with your instructor, a professional chef, to discuss the recipes that you’ll be creating.
Under expert guidance, learn the art of making fresh pasta from scratch, including mixing and rolling the dough, cutting out the pasta and cooking it. Get chance to use tools of the trade, including a pasta-making machine, and master traditional methods, as you make ravioli with two different fillings.
Finally, head to the dining area to relax with a glass of beer or wine, and tuck into your delicious homemade creations. Best of all: you’ll be given the recipes to take away with you, so you can try out your pasta-making skills on friends and family back home.
Please note: Participants must wear enclosed shoes and long hair must be tied back.
