Touring the esatern side of Iceland was definately NOT worth the effort except for the whale watching tour. We saw lots of whales. One of the highlights of the whole trip.
The tour was fantastic! We saw lots of whales. And our guide was very knowledgable.
A wonderful tour where on a large wooden boat we approached a feeding frenzy of humpback and minke whales, harbor porpoises, and a number of birds including various species of gull, arctic terns, guillemots, puffins, etc. They all displayed great showmanship, and our guides were friendly and knowledgeable. A
we saw loads of minke and humpback whales
Fantastic trip, great boat, great guides, not overly commercialised, 3 hours perfect length, saw lots of whales...close enough to feel and experience their scale, size, grace, calm, serenity, but nt so close as to stress them. Highly recommend this company.
Very friendly staff. Great boat. Extended trip through the bay. We saw a lot of whales which was great. It and #39;s nice to know that they are eco friendly though it felt weird when they were and #34;chasing and #34; after one whale when it came up. There are a lot of other whale watching boats in the same bay.
