I am very disappointed with Paradise Pedals. They called me to cancel our tour on the day of the tour at 8:00 a.m. The company neglected to report that the tour was canceled by them and have not made any efforts to reimburse the $169.12 that is due back to us. Instead, it is reported on the Viator site that the tour was completed.
Aloha, we truly apologize for your disappointment.
The last minute cancellation was due to a mechanical issue that was beyond our control and it was not safe to operatere. We tried to rechedule, but unfortunately were sold out the day you requested. Upon completion of our phone call, I notified Viator that the tour was cancelled and to issue a refund. I apologize personally on behalf of Paradise Pedals that you feel neglected, but we will never take anyone out if there are any safety concerns. We would like to offer you a tour on us, if you are ever back on Oahu.
