Overview

  • Children must be accompanied by an adult
  • Collapsible wheelchairs with removable wheels can be accommodated providing the passenger is accompanied by someone who can assist them board and disembark
  • No bags are allowed in the Visitors Center at Pearl Harbor. This is any bag that is able to conceal a fist-sized object. We are not able to hold your personal items for you. If you do bring a bag, you will need to check it in at the bag check located near the entrance to the Visitors Center. The price to check your bags in is $5.00 per piece and there is a line. The length of the line varies, but this will cut into your time at Pearl Harbor as we cannot keep those who did not bring bags in waiting for those who do. Clear bags, medical supplies (as long as it fills the container that it is in), very small bags (that you cannot fit your hand into), small cameras, and cellular phones are allowed. Please note that the National Park Service does reserve the right to ask you to check items in and the decisions of the Park Rangers are final.
  • We are not responsible and does not extend financial reimbursement for delays caused by factors such as traffic, weather, mechanical issues, or problems concerning Navy-operated shuttle boats. The U.S Navy have right to shut down the boat for public safety. This is beyond our control and power we cannot be hold responsible for their action.
  • Please make yourselves reachable. When booking, please provide accurate information for contact and for your accommodation. While we will do our best to contact you and provide your pickup information, we will not be responsible if you fail to provide the proper hotel or phone information for pickup.
  • We will normally contact our passengers between 6:00 - 7:00 PM on the day before the tour. If you are traveling internationally, please call us to check in between 11:00 AM and 3:30 PM on the day before the tour.
  • Not wheelchair accessible

Overall the experience was average to good. It started out where we arrived on time/early for the pick up, the driver showed up on time and was wonderfully nice. The problem was is the other party that was supposed to go with us did not show up until 30 minutes late. It was something we felt we shouldn’t of had to wait for considering they had multiple announcements of the time they should have arrived. It placed our day and set us back for the tours. The other party finally arrived and we were off, the driver Antonio was awesome and definitely gave us a lot of facts about Hawaii! Once we arrived we had a great time. Upon the departure we also were set waiting for another party that was late. Once we left we got back to our spot at a decent hour. We were also told that we could not take in any bags or cameras, but when we arrived we saw that others were carrying around cameras. That was somewhat misleading. Considering the amount of time that we had to wait we probably will not use this service again.

The experience was very good. I’m glad I went. Only downside was transportation. We’re told to be down at pick up early and driver 40 min late. Consequently it was a long wait. Pick up at Pearl Harbor was the same thing. We waited and waited and another driver came saying he was the sub driver. One thing the sub driver tried very hard to make it up to us by putting out sites and answering questions.

Both our tour guides John and Eddie were excellent. Made the process so easy. No lines no hassle. Good information to make the best of your visit. We did the Memorial, Battleship Missouri, and submarine tour. Highly recommend audio tour. You are on your own after initial orientation. You don’t stay with a group which we enjoyed. Ladies do not take a bag. No exceptions. Wallets allowed. You can use a clear zip lock bag though. Great time. Highly recommend.

A must place to visit and pay your respects to our WWII veterans. Go aboard the USS Missouri and down into a submarine. You won't regret going.

We chose to do this as we had never been to oahu and did not have a car so we valued the ride to and from. They also got all our tickets for us and gave us a nice tour of the city at the end. I feel it was overpriced for what they provided. But that being said it did make it all very easy to do. Our first driver was not very friendly but the one at the end was very outgoing and made up for it and gave us some great restaurant recommendations as well. Mahalo
