Tyler was our guide and was just lovely! He made everyone on the tour feel really comfortable. Pearl harbour was very moving and the Missouri was excellent to see as well. I am so glad we did the full tour. We also got to see a couple of other local points of interest on the way back to our hotels which just topped the tour off perfectly. Thank you so much Tyler. You are a natural at your job.

I called prior to booking this tour and was told this tour included tickets to the Arizona Memorial instead we had to stand in line for TWO hours in the sun to try to get in on stand by. No one should book this tour.

The tour was excellent. We had an unexpected delayed start as the guide showed up 30min late due to a vehicle malfunction. The company and the guide were in constant contact, giving us updates, and allowing us to grab a coffee. When the guide arrived, he had a pristine new van for us, and guaranteed us we wouldn't miss out on anything. The Arizona Memorial was very touching and unlike other tours we saw, we had guaranteed tickets to board the shuttle. The biggest attraction however, was the USS Missouri. If going to Pearl Harbor, you can't miss this. It's such an impressive ship with so much historical significance.

The travel agent did not have reserved tickets for USS Arizona abs gave 2 entirely different excuses. We had minimal time to stand in a stand in line for almost 2 hours to hopefully get on boat 2.USS Arizona. We had no time after to browse thru store or museums because bus was waiting to take us to USS Missouri. This was unacceptable for the money we paid I demand money back for2 for my paid tour

We enjoyed the Missouri and could have spent more time there. The Pearl Harbor experience was less than expected. We were informed the day before that our ticket did not include the boat ride out to the Arizona and could rebook. However given we were only here a short time that would not be useful. Consequently we spend too long at that stop and ended up paying extra to get into another exhibit that was also not included in our tour to fill the time. The “city tour” was not very interesting. Finally this was supposed to be a small group but we ended up with about 40. We would have done better visiting the sites on our own.

Tour pick up time delayed by 1hr and a half… it sucks!

Problems with the Tour vehicle delayed pickup time in about 1 hour and a half, therefore due the lack of time, we weren’t able to see other Pearl Harbor Memorials at our own peace and nobody wants to be hurry when making a tour. Tour Guide did apologize and all, but the time we lost was never recovered at Pearl Harbor.

Both Iconic Battleships represented the first and last of WWII U.S. involvement. In number of casualties the Japanese attack paled in comparison to 9/11/2001 attack on U.S. capital & WTC. But no response to Saudi’s/Afghan’s compared to response to Japan/Germany/Italy and quicker resolve. Pearl memorial wonderful.

Can only describe it as an average day out. For the price paid, we weren’t impressed No text the day before with a pickup information, defaulted to the app which wasn’t right. Phone call to them- they say they can’t contact me as it’s an international number! (From the UK) So no contact at all. Waited an hour for a pickup that was never coming. (We did finally get there on another pickup). As for the tour itself, it was okay but you can’t take bags, and you have to catch a bus between sites, and don’t get much time at either It was all very rushed and poorly put together
