Well done and informative. Get the headsets and see the movie.

Very well done. It is helpful to get the headsets and make sure you see the movie.

Have done several tours of Pearl Harbor now and this was by far the best. Well done.

VERY expensive and VERY disapointing. We booked a Private tour for our family of five people. Two safari jeeps arrived at 7am to collect us, which meant we split up. The male driver named Zoom was rude and impatient with us and with the other driver , which turned out to be his wife Amy was very nice and informative . It made for a really bad way to start the tour. We had to rush through traffic because they could not book the tickets. After the memorial, which was excellent, we went to the aviation musuem. Our private tour was going quite well, until 3 others joined us, who talked continuously which was really annoying .... so much for a private tour ! We finished off at the USS Missouri , but once again , the tour guide , Zoom, wanted to rush us through. This tour was a RIP OFF. The jeeps were really uncomfortable, and the male guide was awful. We have done a lot of Private tours with Viator , and this one was not good.

Don't waste your money!

We paid top price for our group of 7 people. Since we had our own car we met Amy and Zoom at the visitors center -- but we still had to wait in line to get our tickets. Expected they would have got them in advance! Once inside, Zoom gave us some recommendation on what to do first and explained how it would work, then he and Amy left us on our own. So at the museum, for the narrated tour, we had to purchase headphone sets! Zoom did make arrangements for us to get the headsets at the Bowfin, but we still were on our own.

After that, they met us outside the Center with 2 vans, splitting us up, to drive to the USS Missouri. Once they got us on the base and onto the ship, we were turned over to be part of a large group with a Navy guide, who explained everything there.

Zoom was pretty self-pleased that the only way we could get on the base, unless we were active military, was with someone with his credentials! The bus group tour would have been just as good!

Basically, we could have done this same tour by driving to the Visitors Center and getting our tickets ourselves, for about 1/3 the cost!
