Embark on your 1.5-hour cultural walking tour through historic downtown Honolulu, starting up Bishop Street to Financial Plaza and into Tamarind Park. Learn about the story of Charles and Bernice Pauahi Bishop's house, then try your hand at making ho'okupu, a keepsake object.
Head over to the Kamehameha Statue to snap a few photos, then check out the Kawaiaha‘o Church and the Sacred Mound, where you'll learn about the history of the ho‘okupu ceremony. During your visit to the ‘Iolani Palace, learn about the Merry Monarch and the Queen in the Tower Paoakalani, walk around the barracks, and learn about the overthrow of the monarchy.
