Amazing and Enriching Experience

We had a great tour with our guide Angel . He was very knowledgeable about oaxacan history , food and handicrafts .we had initially planned on going to mitla to see the archeology , but since it was closed for maintenance , Miguel and Angel created a great alternative tour for us . We visited the tree of tule , learnt about a traditional weaving process in The Valley of Teotitlacan , sampled traditional Oaxacan sweet breads , tasted mezcal from an artisanal distillery and visited a traditional market . Angel and our driver Gerardo were very courteous , patient and professional . I would recommend this tour a 100 percent !!

Miguel and Evelin were excellent guides, providing a history of the area and tips on food, etc. The translation for the Zapotec visit was done very well.

Great Overall Oaxaceño Tour!

Wow! This was a great tour! We went to some caves hidden on the side of the archeological site Mitla! There were petroglyphs in some of the caves! The trek up to the caves made for spectacular views from the mountain! Then we went to visit a local family who makes amazing carpets and other items using a traditional method of weaving using a moving board! We even tried and saw the process of homemade Oaxacan chocolate! Then we went to a Mezcal distillery! Where we saw the way mezcal was made and tried some of the different types! Overall an amazing experience! Highly recommend it!

Miguel es un guía excelente. Nos hizo vivir una gran experiencia visitando el árbol de Tule y la zona arqueológica de Mitla. Un tour perfecto para conocer algo de la historia prehispánica de México y tener la tarde para seguir disfrutando de Oaxaca. Muy recomendado
