This is a must do tour if you have an interest in seeing how the locals live and taste their amazing foods. You get the opportunity to go into homes and see how these people live. Our guide, Antonio, was first rate!!! He spoke flawless English and Spanish He was extremely knowledgeable of the area and translated the information seamlessly. Antonio was very thoughtful of our needs and expectations, and did all he could to exceed them. I suggest bringing some extra pesos to be able to purchase some of the local goods. The locals gave the best prices right off the bat, and there were some amazing deals Better than what you could negotiate in Oaxaca City. We totally enjoyed every place visited, and did not feel rushed. Traditions Mexico Cultural Journeys does small groups right. Our next visit, we will look to take another one of their other tours.
