Fun weekend get away witj friends

It was fun & i loved both Madam Tusaud and the Wheel. I will definitely recommend others to visits... We where even allowed to biy drinks and food on the wheel while we enjoyed the views from the wheel. And i absolutely loved loved loved the wax museum. They were so life like...we took soo many photos.

We weren't told nor were there signs saying what time the museum closed and we were unable to view and enjoy it. Also we believed it to be 3 attractions and it was only 2. We paid extra for the third Ave still didn't see all 3.

The tickets were VERY EASY to redeem and we had the option to come back another day because the weather was bad that day. The ladies were SUPER nice and helpful and we had a blast onboard the Wheel. The SeaLife Aquarium as a great tour and all in all it was GREAT VALUE for money. I highly recommend it!

The what’s included section said included admission to 3 activities. Wax museum, aquarium and the wheel but when we got there we were not granted access to the aquarium. If we had bought tickets at the location we would have saved money. Calling viator did no good. They refused to refund our ticket or give us access that the description said. I will NEVER use viator again. This could have easily been fixed and they refused to help.

I really loved the place. The experience in the Wheel was amazing. The view was mesmerizing. And the aquarium was beautiful. I enjoyed every minute in it. I recommend this place.

Fraudulent and misleading advertising. The ad alluded to all 3 activities but was really on 2. The people at park was aware of problems. Bit acted as if they could no do anything to help. They have a financial relationship with the third party and absolutely should feel obligated to assist patrons who have been taken advantage of.

The view. Parking was easy. Everything within walking distance from the parking garage. We could see for miles. Wax museum was cool also. The figures looked so realistic.

The ICON Park attraction was ok. The only thing is that your advertisement of the pass needs to be explained better. It should quote the price for the 2 Attraction Pass and also include the price for the 3-attraction pass. We were under the impression that we were paying to see all 3 attractions but was told we had only paid for 2 attractions.

One swing around the wheel and a walk through of celebrity manikins wasn’t worth the big bucks they charge while up selling you on “memorable pics”. Just isn’t worth it. You need to give the people a little more since we keep you guys open. 🤔

I have enjoyed the experience. It is definetely one of q kind and must see location. However cannot say the same for my 8 yo daughter. There is not much friendly interaction with kids. Daily schedule that was provided did not match. Astronaut autograph signing ended 15 min earlier than indicated while there were only 2 families in line. My daughter has been waiting passionately until 5pm just to get her sticker book signed. Overall it is a cool place but look for cheaper tickets!

Riding in the Ferris Wheel was the highlight. I enjoyed seeing Orlando from that high, and the nearby ride with the "swings" going around and up & down! We enjoyed the wax museum, aquarium, and ferris wheel. However, the music was too loud in the museum and aquarium!

We did the 3 attraction pass and it was so worth it! Highly recommend if you are touring Orlando! The wax museum was our favorite and the wheel has breathtaking views of the city!

I enjoy the Madame Tussaud’s Museum with the Wax Celebrity’s. Also the ICON Wheel was scary since I am afraid of heights lol but it was neat & clean in the ride. My teen son 14 enjoyed his trip for his Birthday to Orlando. My mom as well enjoyed the Sea Life Aquarium with the 3 attractions passes I purchase.
