We were the last pickup at 650am from the big orange giftshop. The bus was on time and comfortable. First stopped in Miami to drop people off, then went to everglades which was awesome, then back to Miami where there was free time, the cruise, and south beach. Bring your swimsuit and towel!
Long day.. but fab transport. Got to see everything we wanted Everglades boat ride was brill and Miami harbour boat ride amazing. Well worth the money. Again viator you didnt let us down
This was a great trip. It was a long day so be prepared. The Drivers were friendly and helpful with information and keeping us on track. We were on a Disney Resort that was not a part of the pick up so we made arrangements to be picked up and they told us 20 additional which was fine. The Driver came and said 25, so my husband gave him 30 and the Driver said he had no change and would give us the 5 back later. Of course, that never happened but other than that and the Driver picking up a strange at a rest area that was without a ride for a few extra bucks the trip itself was great. Beware The Driver are hustlers. The 1st stop to Everglades was fun and exciting. The boat ride at Miami Pier was longer than we excepted about 2 hrs. so not much time to spend on the Pier. The South Beach part was short cause of some delays but still fun. This is worth the money.
just to say a long day but well worth it all staff on coach was very Experience so glad we booked it
Absolutely brilliant day the drivers were awesome and kept us entertained throughout, could not have asked for me. It is a very long day but worth it. It was also very well organised you knew exactly what you were doing and when and they show you were to meet etc. The Everglades were awesome.
Enjoyed the airboating a lot.. we have seen the alligators in the Everglades mangroves and it was the tour's highlight. I was also able to take a selfie with a real alligator baby one holding it! one of the best experiences ever!
Well organized and informative. It was in e.English and Spanish. Stops built in were well timed and had there were movies on the bus to watch although one screen wasn and #39;t working. Only complaint is no wifi on bus or plugs to charge. It was a long day but felt I saw a lot of FL.
The coach picked us from the hotel at the time given. The driver explained and breakfast was provided..Coach was comfortable .We really enjoyed the trip to Miami and Everglades. Great experience .I would recommend aviator to anyone visiting USA.Brilliant.Thanks once again
Superb day out, long coach trip but we knew that when booking, excellent tour guide and driver, brilliant everglades boat ride and the Miami cruise was far better than expected. All in all EXCELLENT and good value for money
We booked this trip as my daughter wished to visit Miami and I wanted to do Everglades. We had heavy rain all the way there which thankfully cleared by the time we were leaving the bus.Everglades section was amazing.Very informative and we got up close to alligators however I have a suspicion that the guide deliberately soaked us !!!The reason why I gave 4 stars however was the fact that we only had 40 minutes to get something to eat before going on the celebrity cruise trip which left no time to look round a bit of Miami. We were given an hour to go to South beach which I would have swapped for time at the marketplace. Our guide Mike was funny and informative. He also helped myself and daughter out at end of night making sure we got home safely..This trip is worth taking.
Great Day trip to southern Florida. Set back and enjoyed the ride. Tour guide and bus driver very friendly and informative about the area and tour. You spend just enough time at each site to be able to experience the location without becoming to overwhelmed or bored. Would recommend this Tour to anyone who is not familiar with the area and you want something fun to do.
We enjoyed the tour although it was a very long day and somewhat tiring.
The tour guide was friendly, informative and helpful although it was sometimes a little difficult for us to fully understand what he was telling us.
The Everglades visit and boat tour were both enjoyable but we did not really see much of Miami. If we do an excursion again we will go on one that does not pack so much into one day but breaks the activities down more.
need designated seats on bus as due to long day passengers spread out and finding seats together is hard but worth the tour
The bus was meant to arrive at 630am but didnt actually arrive till after 7am. Its a long day with Miami being 4 hours away, and with passengers wanting space we found sitting together wasnt easy and the driver didnt help the situation. The everglades was fun and good viewing as was the bayside experience and cruise my fav part, We got to spend an hour at Miami beach which was sufficient but would have liked another 15 minutes or so. Overall a great tour, just need designated seats
Our Grayline tour guide and driver were very good. The guide shared a lot of information about the Orlando and Miami areas, and was very available to make sure that we knew where to be and when. The Everglades Air Boat ride was different than what we had experienced in the past. Previous air boat rides in the Panama City Beach area were short on wildlife and were mostly fast rides on open water. This tour had an abundance of gators, birds, and snakes with photo opportunities. Our boat captain had been driving the glades for 20 years and was entertaining and informative. The Miami experience included the bay front market, boat tour of the harbor, and the south beach area. The market was a good stop with time to grab a very late lunch at a variety of fast food eateries. The harbor tour on the Island Queen was well done and lead by a warm and friendly guide who spoke in English and Spanish. There were many beautiful homes to see, but really the quality of the experience was just taking in the cityscape from the water. The South Beach trip was short and uninteresting unless you wanted to spend the time drinking cocktails. I do not recommend this long bus trip 6:45 AM-11 PM for people with small children. They will inevitably get very bored, and you won't know exactly when you will get to eat lunch or dinner. My only serious complaint about this particular day was that the tour operator, Grayline, had also booked a family for our bus that were only getting TRANSPORTATION to Miami. Because of that, we had to first drive to Miami, drop the family off, and then drive northward again to the Everglades. This extra side trip consumed what seemed like 11/2 hours of our day. The provided sack breakfast had good options like juice, fruit and danishes.
Boat tour and Everglades tour were great , but driver disorganized. Forgot to give me boat ticket and I spent 15 min begging to be let on celebrity cruise. Traffic terrible to/from Miami and too much scheduled in 1 day . No time for Lunch or dinner. Left at 6am and not back until 1am hotel dropoff
this tour started on a bad note. the tour bus was late, due to passengers being late on the previous pick up point.7am was my pick up time from the big orange , at parkway in Orlando. minutes to 9am was when we departed. I did tell the driver/guide omg your almost 2hours late ,, to which he replied ,, well at least I'm here ??? not a good start with me a travel blogger.i did call the coach company up to 4 times prior to the arrival of our tour bus,, as myself an 4 other groups were at the big orange waiting thinking we were in the wrong place at 1st. the drive to Miami was 4 hrs we arrived after 1pm,, which we all knew that due to lateness we would have less time in places on our tour ,, not happy. the everglades boat ride seem very short, but the live show was great. rushing back to bayside we only had 40 minutes to roam round ,, just about enough time for cocktail. just . I felt so rushed. the Miami lady cruise was excellent. after rushing due to lateness we could finally relax a bit a chill. our sobe experience was also cut right down to less than 40 minutes,, we were dropped in the middle of ocean drive an was told to meet back in like 40 minutes ,, no time to look around just about enough time to go to the restroom an then order a drink. no time to explore, eat have a little wonder. I was gutted. I think in future tours there should be a 15 minute waiting time rule. if passengers do not show up on time ,, allow 15 minutes for them to arrive then if no show ,, then the tour must go. its shame to be hanging around waiting for people who r late an due to waiting for them you lose out on a wonderful experience. things my party an I had planned for bayside downtown Miami we could not do,, as for sobe we might as well have just driven thorough as we would of seen more . I was very disappointed if it wasn't for the Miami lady cruise I would be calling to speak to a higher source,, as I book tours with only you as I trust viator company I was gutted on this experience
