I got poison food I tried to canceled my tour online ,didn’t work ..I called them ,email....it is the time I still waiting for their call me back or email me back...practically I lost 119.00 dollars...
I am sorry to hear of the trouble. As long a you were outside the cancellation penalties, there shouldn't have been a problem with a refund. Please contact us a firstname.lastname@example.org. We are happy to look into this matter. Thank you
The overall day was wonderful. It was well planned and executed. The one event that I believe was over rated was "Lunch with the Astronaut" While, Commander Duffy was engaging and intelligent, the lunch left much to be desired. The choice of salads were either wilted or strange combinations (cole slaw with grapefruit). The choices of proteins were either dried out or overcooked. For the price of the luncheon, your time and money are better spent elsewhere. You can meet the astronaut at different times of the day for no extra charge. There are other places to eat. And you will have more time to spend at the Astronaut Hall of Fame and the Trip to Mars
We went to the Kennedy Space Centre for the day as part of a tour group. The driver was friendly and helpful and tge day at NASAitself was amazing. Interactive staff, great displays and great history. The Atlantis exhibit is spectacular. Highly recommended. Even some wet weather couldn't put a dampener on our day. A must do.
Trip to KSC went smoothly. Staff from City Sightseeing Orlando were very helpful and polite and answered emails quickly. The bus driver was excellent and provided some insights. KSC experience was awesome ... Paul - New Zealand
This was a very interesting trip. History is being created there every day. There are lots of short shows and many exhibits to look at one of the best things for me was the bus tour. It is a must go see if in Florida. My only problem was that the trip was a bit to long for us.
Thank You so much for your feedback!!!!
I am happy to hear that you enjoyed your trip with us to the Kennedy space center. I am sorry to hear that you did not enjoy the length of the trip unfortunately the trip is about 12 hours long.
