Oustanding! Several visits required to see everything. Money well-spent.
Kennedy Space Center was awesome! We had lunch with an astronaut and it was very interesting. We would recommend this for adults and older children!!
This was one of our highlights of our USA holiday. Unbelievable experience comes to mind to describe this tour. We meet, spoke and had a photo with an astronaut. Saw one of the launch sites and the memorial for the lost astronauts was very impressive. Getting up close of a shuttle was pretty great as well. If you are into the space program this is a tour you must do if you are in Florida.
Really amazing experience. Highly recommend for family with kids. If you have time go for 2 days. Booked the tour with gray line coaches they were amazing. The guide / driver Pete was extra ordinary. He was highly knowledgeable.
Great destination -- lots to see and do! -- and a good bus trip there and back also. Would and #39;ve loved to have more time but that would entail a really early departure from Orlando. Highly recommend the behind-the-scenes tour. Less enthralled by the lunch with an astronaut but still good.

I wasn't entirely sure what to expect when I arrived at Kennedy ... but I can tell you that it was amazing. We received really good advice from our driver from Orlando to Kennedy, Mike. We learned as we left for the day that the average number of visitors was one to three thousand. We were among fifty thousand people there that day. Mike recommended to leave Heroes and Legends for the last. Good advice, because it was both incredibly crowded for most of the day. It was also the perfect note to end the day on. And be prepared to blink back tears on more than one occasion. Not tears of sadness or grief, necessarily, but more tears of joy and pride.
We loved this tour. We made the arrangements from California it was easy to navigate the Web site and book our tour. VIATOR kept us informed and they sent us a couple of reminders, which gave us a lot of comfort. Everything we arranged happened at the right place and at the right time. We won't hesitate to use Viator again.
So much information presented in a fairly easy to understand manner. Many dramatic and interesting shows and displays - too much for one day! It was a long day. I would like to have left the Space Center an hour earlier.
This tour is really just transportation to and admission into the Kennedy Space Center. The Space center is a don't miss sight but I spent an extra hour on the bus picking people up at various locations. I would find out the last pick up location and go there instead of riding around on the bus. Once at the Space Center, don't miss the Apollo/Saturn V facilities. You'll have to take a shuttle bus to take you around the launch pads and the Apollo facilities.
Very good. Price gives you entry and travel. Kennedy is awesome, a must do! Only small thing is pick up point was a 10 minute drive away but only a $10 taxi. Had to change to a mini bus when we arrived back in Orlando for the last drop offs but this worked well as the driver dropped us to our hotel.
An amazing tour. All most too much to take in. The Atlantis display is great. It is scary to think that the early rockets had less computing power than your smart phone but still got to space and the moon. Steve was a good driver
Kennedy space centre is an amazing experience, the bus trip is not.
Six hours on a bus not much fun, if you have your own car drive yourself.
The Everglades experience is a ripoff no enthusiasm from staff.it was disappointing as I was looking forward to this experience.
Communication poor from This company, phoned twice the day before to see if we could drive ourselves, they did not phone back.
Stay away from this tour
I have been to the KSC many times with different companies and the choice of using Gray's Tours is very unfortunate. The guide on the coach was rude and completely unprofessional, and I can only assume it was his first day working as a tour guide. I was made to pay 10 dollars extra to be picked up and dropped off at my hotel when confirming my tour. The company decided to drop everyone, including those who had not paid extra, off at their hotels. As my drop-off was last, and the guide and driver had no clue where most of the hotels were, it took over 3 hours for me to get home. I was hungry and very thirsty by this point. The guide was very rude to one family at a hotel who asked if the bus was going to a Disney park. He just shouted that this is NOT a Disney bus! When the lady asked if he knew where the Disney bus picks up he shouted again This is NOT a Disney bus... Go and ask Disney! The lady was clearly upset and I doubt she would even think of using Gray's for anything in the future. There were many Spanish speakers on the bus and the guide made no effort to make sure that they understood any instructions he gave, such as how the drop-offs were now going to be at the hotels and not at the same pick-up points. This again made us miss some drop-offs and making the coach double back to drop people off. I would change your KSC tour groups to another company as this one does not reflect well on your company. KSC was awesome as always!
