Delays or omissions made to the itinerary due to traffic, weather or other circumstances that are beyond the control of the tour operator are not subject to refund
According to traffic conditions etc, the order of the itinerary may be changed and the bus arrival may be delayed
If the tour operator has to cancel the tour because of a typhoon, heavy snow or other circumstances beyond their control, this will be decided by 3pm the day before tour departure; you will be informed by e-mail and suggest a new departure date or receive full refund
This tour is operated for both Japanese and foreign customers. A Japanese tour conductor with an English/Chinese-speaking staff will be accompanied with the tour and will provide you with some necessary information during the trip, but he/she is not responsible for providing any detailed introduction of attractions.
On the Alpine Route, you will use different types of vehicles to travel through the mountains. Wearing comfortable and thick winter clothes (as visiting spots might be very cold) and walking shoes, also using a backpack for putting your belongings necessary for strolling are strongly recommended.
Traveling along the Alpine Route might have to be discontinued in the case of bad weather or other conditions. In such a case, vehicle fares for the non-traveling zone will be refunded.
Snow Wall Walk is available between around 15 April and 22 June. It may be cancelled in case of dangerous situations such as snowstorm, snow removal work, etc.
If the departure time on the second day will be early in the morning (6:00～7:00) due to the congestion and reservation at the Alpine Route, boxed meal may be be served for breakfast.
The accommodation is planned to be in APA Hotel Toyama or APA Hotel Toyama Ekimae or Toyama Manten Hotel. Mainly this hotel has single rooms. Depending on the availability of the rooms in the hotel, a twin room or all single rooms might be provided for even for youth age group. You can leave your room preference (single or twin) in the Special Requirements, but please note the arrangement can be guaranteed. Other room requests cannot be accepted
