Our group booked half hesitantly, a group of young adults with two young guys feeling a bit sheepish about going to a cooking class. We arrived and instantly felt welcomed by Fumi. Her English was excellent but what was even better was her smile and humour that she weaves into her lesson. She was patient and showed clear instructions, offering more detail or explanation when we asked questions. The ramen we cooked was BETTER than any other ramen we’ve had on our trip... and we’ve rated ALOT of ramen. The dumplings were fiddly, as to be expected, but still tasted awesome! It will definitely be a skill I want to master back home. The young fellas loved the class too, and we all left with full tummies and feeling really happy with our experience.
