We were in UK for Eagles game (so right away you know we are opinionated fans!!!). We wanted to do a tour in Oxford and chose this one due to length (perfect) and that it was walking. Trevor was our guide. He was really really great. We had some great bantor with the other guides while we waited and they were just as friendly, but have to say Trevor was great. He never minded wearing the yellow jacket (inside joke). I was cautious at first since the advertisement said it was students giving the tour and I pictured the kind of tour you get when visiting a college for orientation, but this was great! It was the perfect amount of time. I was amazed how he kept track of all of us and how he really separated fact vs myth wrt to the stories, but told the urban legends for the entertainment factor. Our assembly point to meet was really convenient and I really liked how the tour started with the same story as it ended....hard to explain, but it really worked. Big shout out to Trevor (but I know not to shout out too loud near the library!!!!)

At first it was very confusing about the meeting points. There were several tours at the same time. Oxford was packed with tourists. There seemed to be some free tours. I was glad to join this one to pay for a good quality tour student tour guide as well as smaller group. I found the stories fascinating about Oxford history, as well as the students daily life, how to get in etc. Our tour guide was a law student who did an excellent job.

I loved the walking tour with THEO. I wonder if it's possible to leave him a tip somewhere? As an Oxford Alum, he added much context to the tour, was attuned to the tourists and gave us a wonderfully informed walk. I felt much more knowledgeable about the city and spent the rest of the day wondering thought sites he suggested as we walked. HIGHLY recommend - got much more than I expected for the money.

A well organised walk . Chloe gave a fascinating talk and had a great knowledge of the history of the colleges. As the group was small she was able to answer all questions in depth. A fantastic introduction to Oxford.
