Very inexpensive tour, but highly interesting! Beautiful buildings - true gems hidden just yards from the hustle and bustle of Oxford City Centre. Beth, tour guide was fantastic - a fount of local history knowledge: NI Chap, St Albans

This tour was great, very informative and entertaining. The group consisted of 11 participants so everybody had the chance to hear the guides explanations and to place own questions. Our tour guide, Connor not a student but a historian who studied in Oxford, was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions. He managed to provide lots of information in such an entertaining way that the 2 hours actually even a bit more than 2 hours flew by.

Loved this tour! Very informative about the history and also the day to day happenings at Oxford University. Our guide needs to be on the stage! Very funny! Plus tour includes entrance fees into 3 colleges where you see the chapel and dining halls.

Worth every penny, if not more. Our tour guide, Antoine was not actually a student, but he was extremely knowledgeable about everything associated with Oxford. He also asked where everyone in the tour was from and did an excellent job in presenting facts about how our countries related to Oxford. We had Italians, Germans, Americans, Canadians, and a lady from Singapore, and he provided facts associated with each of those countries. Honestly, it was great and I would recommend to everyone.

Even though my husband was an Oxford Alumni and had access to the colleges, this was a fun overview of college life from a current student.

Very good and quite intensive 2 hours guided tour, in our case by a very knowledgable and nice tour-guide. Definitely recommended, even though the quality may vary based on the tour guide himself.

What a great walking tour! The two hours flew by. The facts and stories were a great intro to Oxford University. Peter was our guide and he was friendly, informative, patient, and showed us some great highlights around the university. We could not have asked for a better time. 10/10 would recommend!

We walked at a very comfortable pace through the university buildings, and learned a lot in a short amount of time. Our guide made sure we saw all the highlights, and explained everything in between as well. Any questions were answered well, and we really enjoyed this walking tour.

We had a lovely time on this tour. Oxford is overwhelming, and our guide found our interests Morse, Harry Potter and spoke to them, as well as giving background to the colleges and explaining what we were looking at. She also gave some suggestions New Library, and Science Museum that we were glad we took her up on. Lots of opportunity for tired feet to rest.

Had a great time learning about the colleges and famous students. Our tour guide was a young guy who said he'd actually attended Cambridge - name may have been Tim. He was very informative and amusing. Would definitely use viator again for booking tours to get the most out of a place when you are on a tight schedule.

I believe this is the only way to go if you want to understand Oxford. Having a student guide gave us particular insight into the life of Oxford rather than just the history, which of course is fascinating.
