Excellent tour with a brilliant guide. Very informative with some amusing anecdotes.
Loved this tour! Very informative about the history and also the day to day happenings at Oxford University. Our guide needs to be on the stage! Very funny! Plus tour includes entrance fees into 3 colleges where you see the chapel and dining halls.
Worth every penny, if not more. Our tour guide, Antoine was not actually a student, but he was extremely knowledgeable about everything associated with Oxford. He also asked where everyone in the tour was from and did an excellent job in presenting facts about how our countries related to Oxford. We had Italians, Germans, Americans, Canadians, and a lady from Singapore, and he provided facts associated with each of those countries. Honestly, it was great and I would recommend to everyone.
This was a fab tour conducted very professionally. We enjoyed it immensely, and so enjoyed seeing what makes Oxford, Oxford and how the colleges are set up and function.
It was a nice day and a nice small group. The guide was terrific, funny and knowledgeable. I recommend this tour as a start to your Oxford visit. You get some highlights so you can decide what you want to explore further.
We found the tour very informative, entry into colleges was great., James our tour guide was very animated in his details about each college, gave you an idea of what life in oxford is like. well worth the time and money. highly recommended.
Even though my husband was an Oxford Alumni and had access to the colleges, this was a fun overview of college life from a current student.
Very good and quite intensive 2 hours guided tour, in our case by a very knowledgable and nice tour-guide. Definitely recommended, even though the quality may vary based on the tour guide himself.
Excellent guide. Very knowledgeable and keen on his subject. Worth doing

What a great walking tour! The two hours flew by. The facts and stories were a great intro to Oxford University. Peter was our guide and he was friendly, informative, patient, and showed us some great highlights around the university. We could not have asked for a better time. 10/10 would recommend!
Connor was a great guide he was very knowledgeable. We really enjoyable it.
Peter our guide was very knowledgeable and really personable. Excellent!
We walked at a very comfortable pace through the university buildings, and learned a lot in a short amount of time. Our guide made sure we saw all the highlights, and explained everything in between as well. Any questions were answered well, and we really enjoyed this walking tour.
We had a lovely time on this tour. Oxford is overwhelming, and our guide found our interests Morse, Harry Potter and spoke to them, as well as giving background to the colleges and explaining what we were looking at. She also gave some suggestions New Library, and Science Museum that we were glad we took her up on. Lots of opportunity for tired feet to rest.
Our guide, Tim was a fantastic story teller and the whole experience was amazing
Had a great time learning about the colleges and famous students. Our tour guide was a young guy who said he'd actually attended Cambridge - name may have been Tim. He was very informative and amusing. Would definitely use viator again for booking tours to get the most out of a place when you are on a tight schedule.
I believe this is the only way to go if you want to understand Oxford. Having a student guide gave us particular insight into the life of Oxford rather than just the history, which of course is fascinating.
Patient and thorough Guide who did know his stuff. Thoroughly enjoyed the trip.
Laura was very informative and funny, had a really good tour and would recommend!
