AMAZING!
Lynette_C, Jan 2023
What an AMAZING, gorgeous place. It is beautiful and kind of mind boggling. Highly recommended. We were there in January so a little chilly, but were told it is very hot in the summer, even down in the canyon. Our guide, Megan was awesome offering to take photos for us and very informative. My husband said it's the most beautiful place he'd ever been. About one mile in length but easy walk. There are a few ladders you need to go down and up, but not too difficult. When you emerge from below it's crazy to see where you just came from. Everyone should see this place at least once! We would definitely go back and will recommend to everyone!
Stunning Canyon!
BARBARA_W, Jan 2023
Wow what a stunning place to visit. Our guide Nike was young, fun and full of energy. He was a wealth of information and gave some great tips for good photos. He was also kind to take some of us together. The canyon is busy and often had to wait for the group in front of us. Nice little gift shop on site. We also were able to have a traditional dance preformed while we waited for our tour. Would definitely go back!
Unforgettable Experience

Josh was an exceptional guide! He made our experience very memorable as he shared about the Navajo history, his culture, facts about the geology of the canyon, its challenges & wonders.

Shawn_M, Jan 2023
We have done the lower canyon before and we loved the lower canyon tour. This time we did the tour with my 72yo mother and our guide Cody was incredible. He made the experience great and my mother loved the tour of the lower canyon. We HIGHLY recommend the lower canyon tour . You cannot imagine the beauty until you are down in the canyon.
ripoff
MARK_H, Jan 2023
getting the ticket through Viator was a total ripoff, they charged double what it would have cost if I went directly to the tour company.

This is definitely a f*up...
Linshan_J, Jan 2023
This is definitely a f*up platform. Don't use it. They cannot do any customer service at all. And this tour operator to the antelope canyon is also super bad because they have all kinds of wrong information floating around the tour. When they call, they say the tour got cancelled in the afternoon. And then, they will give you another message through platform at 11pm when you are asleep. Basically, you need to multiple check everything and still worry about the trip. Such bad experience through this platform and this tour operatior. Please, never use it. I paid $190 for nothing.
Response from Host, Jan 2023
Dear customers, We are sorry to have received this review. Heavy snowfall continued in the Antelope Canyon area for the past two days. We will notify customers as soon as we receive notification. It's also about keeping everyone safe. We hope all is well, thanks!
Book through ken tours directly
farina_s, Jan 2023
Can get ticket half price with kens tours or Dixie tours. I didn't know it would be so much more expensive with viator. The tour and canyon were nice.
Response from Host, Jan 2023
Dear customers, this includes Booking Brokerage Fee. As is known, Antelope Canyon is a very popular attraction. Its tickets are often sold out a month in advance. So we believe that buying tickets in advance is one of the best choices during the trip. Best regards,
Attacked by our guide
Junshan_C, Jan 2023
The view is good, but we got a rude, racist, and sexist guide (Brandon I think) who tried to attack us and kicked us out. The company is racist from the beginning that they divide people into groups based on race. Our tour end up in 1 white group, 1 Asian group and 2 Indian groups. During the tour, the guide went downstairs to find people behind, and asked my family to wait for him. But when he show up, he wanted to kick us out without explaining. I argued with him that we were just waiting for him but then he raised his voice, stepped forward to force us down and tried to attack me (being a petty Asian women, of course he thinks he can do that. Also he though we were only tourists since we were sometime speaking another language behind him.) Luckily my dad hold him down (he looks big and strong) so I didn’t actually get hurt. To avoid further conflict, we went down to the tour office. The manager only give me a complaint form and said it’s his words against ours and there’s nothing else they can do. Had to call police to help, but they said the place run by their own laws and there’s not much the police can do about it.
Response from Host, Jan 2023
Dear customers, Due to the limited space in the Lower Antelope Canyon, all groups must be led by a guide and cannot stay in place for too long, as arranged by the guide. This is to ensure the safety of all customers. After our investigation, the tour guide repeatedly told them to keep moving and the lady got aggressive and started an argument with the tour guide. The tour guide had no choice but to end the tour early for this group of customers. We must clarify this accusation that all tourists are following the group principle. This customer made the wrong statement in his comment. The best,

Great experience at lower antelope canyon
Alex_J, Dec 2022
Antelope Canyon has been on my bucket list for a long time. We finally made it this time! Our tour guide Xavier Y is very knowledgeable and personable and funny. Made the tour very interesting. We got a lot of great pictures. Definitely recommend! Last but not least, lower antelope canyon is just a different part of the canyon. It’s not better or worse than the upper.
