This tour never happened. After purchasing a ticket thru Viator (only 24 hours in advance) we contacted the tour company for pick up details . The tour company told us all tour were cancelled and they had notified viator of the cancellation .
VIator indicated 7-10 days for a refund. Seems exscessive given the circumstances.

I bought tickets Online and there was no tour When I got to the pick up point. Unable to get ahold of anybody Although they say they check their messages I have heard nothing back and will probably never get my money back.🤨

No one stole money and I take offense to the implication. We have not been open since March 15, but we’re attempting to open this coming Friday November 6 for the first time. I am not sure where or how you were able to purchase a ticket and it appears you had the only reservation for the tour. Our office is currently closed by order of the Governor of California And at this point we are not sure when we can begin again. I apologize for not getting back to you. Our staff has been without work for months and we were not aware of any sales made or need to reach out. This review which came to me by email was the first notice I have had making me aware of what happened. We will reach out to determine what happened and to see you are properly refunded by the agency making your reservation. Thank you,

Anne was very informed and we thoroughly enjoyed the tour except she quieted 2 ladies that she said were talking too much. We were sitting up front and we did not hear anything. It made us very uncomfortable. We did tip her 20% because her knowledge was excellent as well as her presentation!

Driver/Tour Guide Jeff avery informative giving a history lesson as well as a guided tour. Lasted almost 3 hours including the stop for the date shake (had a better one at the date farm in Indio)
