TERMINAL # 1: American Airlines, United, Delta - we will meet you at P4 exit by The Tourist Desk TERMINAL # 2: all Copa Airlines, KLM and AirFrance flights land and depart from this new terminal.     Our driver was waiting for us as soon as we got through customs. He was very polite and we were on the road to our resort within minutes. I would definitely recommend this shuttle service to anyone traveling to Panama.

    The driver was in time for pick up. We walked right out of the airport and directly to our transport. The driver didn’t speak English so it was a bit difficult to communicate so we didn’t get the conversation and information from the driver that others wrote about in their reviews.

    the driver was very nice and knowledgeable how ever we ordered a Large van and paid extra for it they sent us a small suv what ever you order they will still send what they feel like sending

    Booking was for 3 passengers and we sent a MPV large enough but one of the customer needed extra space for her medical condition so on the return we sent a larger van. If you need extra space please just send us an email as we use sedan, van or buses depending on group size or any specific requirement.

    Viator made it super easy to coordinate our transportation from Tocumen Airport to our resort. They had great communication throughout and were extremely reliable. Rafael was our driver. He was friendly and full of facts for first-time visitors including important tips for travelling safely in Panama City. I highly recommend their services.
