WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER
Stephanie_F
, Mar 2020
Due to the travel ban and the French government restricting gatherings to 100 people, my family and I were unable to go to France and attend this excursion. I contacted the company by email several days in advance with no response. When I clicked “manage my booking” it took me to a page that said “error, does not exist”. They never responded, emailed, Or remedied the situation at all. Terrible company, no customer service, and I would definitely NOT recommend to anyone looking for quality service while they travel.

This is definitely worth the money you pay for it! (and is very reasonably priced), I had no clue you could actually go up the monument. Me and my partner went in the evening, and it was fantastic. You got to see the entire of the city at night, including great view of the Eiffel tower lit up. One of the best things to do in Paris in my opinion.

Fabulous views from the terrace. Definitely worth buying this ticket online! Had four teenagers with us that all gained free entry due to being under 18. The stairs were a difficult climb but the views were worth it.

Very good value for money my son visited for free as he’s under 16. Well worth the climb up the stairs but not an easy task for all. Skipping the queue to buy tickets was so quick too.

Skip the queue.. not

This does not allow you to skip the queue. It’s basically just an advanced ticket so you don’t need to queue and buy one. The queue into the main attraction is the problem and we had to wait 50 minutes.
