Wonderful! Hope to do it again in spring rather than fall. house is truly amazing. don't miss this one.
It was a great tour! Great tour guide. Very informative!
Would recommend it to people
Great guide, very informative. I nice brief tour but enough time for me.
This tour was one of the major highlights of my trip. Loved it! The tour guide was great and just to sit in Monet's gardens was something else. Excellent tour for appreciators of art and/or gardens.
Great guidewonderful narration. Comfy bus with wifi!!! Beautiful flowers and gardens. Great tour!
It was a nice tour but we feel we didn't have enough time to see the grounds.
The bus was comfortable, the personnel friendly and courteous. The gardens are beautiful, the museum well-maintained and interesting. We had a full two hours on site, and no-one threatened us we'd be left behind if we didn't make it back to the bus on time. In fact, one straggler was a few minutes late not only did the driver wait, but our guide set off to look for her and escort her to the bus. And lastly, but certainly not leastly, I have to mention Claire, our guide. Yes, she was extremely well-informed about Monet and the period - but not just well-informed: she was passionate about the subject, and clearly took great pleasure in sharing her passion with us. More than a tour guide, she was a born teacher, she was funny and engaging, and I consider myself fortunate to have shared a bus ride with her that afternoon.
The coach ride was comfortable, our guide knowledgeable and the Monet property fabulous.
We mostly wandered within Paris so this was a lovely opportunity to see the countryside as well as visit Giverny and feel connected to Monet. We thoroughly enjoyed it.
This tour was perfect for someone sightseeing alone. You really can't beat the ease of jumping on an air conditioned comfortable bus and arriving with no hassle to Giverny. Monet's house was adorable. His gardens were beautiful. We had the best weather in late morning light. I could not take a bad photograph. Highly recommended!
Very good way to get to Giverny from Paris, with a knowledgeable guide and plenty of time to explore the house and gardens. I would take this tour again.
Terrific bus trip and wonderful guide. Learned lots about Paris and Giverney as well. We mention Paris because we loved coming back in the evening along the Seine and passing right by the Eiffel Tower. Giverney was terrific. All the flowers were blooming and the house was amazing to see. Terrific guide. Enthusiastic about sharing Giverney with us!
The guide was very knowledgeable. Wish we'd had more time, but Friday afternoon traffic leaving Paris was heavy. We had enough time to tour the house and gardens and take LOTS of pictures. Just wish we'd had an hour to tour the little town. It was all so beautiful.
My family and I had a great afternoon at Giverny. Your English speaking guide was first rate and went out of her way to be extremely helpful and friendly at all times. We loved it. This was my second Paris excursion with Viator and I would have no hesitation in recommending you to anyone visiting Paris who wishes to venture beyond the city limits.
Relatively simple tour but well done. A lovely half day out.
Great tour guide really friendly, and very knowledgeable. Highly recommend.A tour not to missed.
This was a great way to get to Monet's garden. The tour directors were well organized and most pleasant. There was a nice balance with narratives and free time. It would be nice to have bottled water available on the bus even with a charge.
A comfortable ride and well-informed guide to Monet's lovely property at Giverny. The gardens, including the famous water lilies, are beautiful. The house is interesting. And I was overwhelmed in the dining room, just thinking who probably dined there - Picasso, Degas, Renoir, Cezanne and on and on. This trip, at a fair price, was a highlight of our trip to Paris. Highly recommended.
A wonderful place to visit. Our guide was very knowledgeable and spoke very good English and gave us a fantastic history and understanding of Monet and his times. We met around 8am at the tour bus which was very comfortable and after about an hour or so we arrived. Obviously there were several tours going on at the same time so there were quite a lot of people there but not too crowded. We arrived back in Paris around 1:30pm so that gave us time to do other things in Paris the same day.
