This is THE BEST tour of our selection, all well arranged and we really enjoyed this trip...except one staff in LONDON who gave pass to us in St. Pancras station...all others are very nice. That staff is not at all good and cribbing about his dissatisfaction of job and looking at my wife as if he never seen a lady at all. Did not gave any good impression...however, trip was enjoyable. We just loved london and we will come back to London alone to spend more days. Our Euro Star journey is memorable.
Wonderful! Your staff was very professional and courteous. The on and off bus ride was the best!
I highly recommend this tour if you're independent and wanted to see London in one day. I really like the arrangements made for us by this trip. Our tour guide showed up on time to greet us in both Paris and London so that was comforting. Overall, we got to see most of London's attractions in one day for a really good value.
Everything was very organised and the people were extremely helpful. Strongly recommend this voucher for a day trip.
I will definitely use Viator again. The trip went very smooth. There was a rep at the train station in Paris to give us our tickets, and a rep that met us immediately in London to give us our map of London and addition tickets for the boat ride etc.

When we arrived at the train station in France, we were met by our contact. He was very nice but he spoke no English. We managed to get the necessary details, though. The train ride was very nice and comfortable. When we arrived in London, we were met by another contact. This gentleman was not very helpful. He was much more interested in selling us other tours while in London than he was in helping us plan our day. He showed us to the bus and he disappeared shortly thereafter never asking if we needed more help/information. We only stayed on the bus for a short time. There was so much traffic and deadlock due to various construction projects that we just sat there! My Wife and I got off the bus and never got back on. We walked just about everywhere. People on the streets were extremely nice and polite and pointed us in the right directions for various places we wanted to see. We took the Thames river cruise over to Big Ben, etc. and walked the rest of the way. We walked to Buckingham Palace, Hyde Park, and everywhere in-between. Then we took the subway back to the train station and headed back to Paris. We walked a lot but we saw so much! We even had time to sit down at a pub and eat Fish and Chips. We had a great time!
The train ride was nice. Grab some snacks before you get on the train. One you get to London the traffic is terrible don't expect to see everything. You can't get around that fast. Plan what you want to see ahead of time. 3 or 4 major things is all you will get to see. You will not be able to take the bus around the second time.
All in all, a good value and everything worked well, though made for a really really long day. No matter how hard you try, there is just not a way to see everything you want to in London in one day, so just pick a few spots/sights to see and enjoy the time you are there. The train ride was really cool for the kiddos.
Good day train trip was great found the bus tour seemed to go around the same area but on the opposite side of the road perhaps The Red Bus tour may have been better.
I do not recommend.....too costly for what we were given... Long bus tour with very few tourist attractions. Tour did not include free pass to the attractions... On the bus for 3 to 4 hours and still had not made it tot he Thames river cruise. There could have been hidden fees, just did not accept additional offers to additional tourist attractions..........The day was bad due to rain. Do not feel that we got our money worth.....
Plan to use this trip for the Eurostar tickets only. The hop-on/hop-off bus was not very helpful. Getting back to the train station was difficult for us first-timers in London. Lucky, we navigated the Underground to get back. We also JUST missed a nightmare train cancellation due to weather by arriving very early at the station. We managed to take an earlier train and the original train back was cancelled. The other people on our tour were likely stranded in London. Viator should have been in contact by cell for any possible delays with the train. We were very, very close to having to stay the night in London and merely lucked out with being there early.
This was the worse experience dealing with this company. Stay away from them. They ruined our trip.
