The castle tour was AMAZING!!! I just wished they left more time for exploring at the first Castle and less time at the last castle. If architecture, history, and the countryside is what you enjoy, then this is the perfect tour for you.
First off, three Chateaux in one day: don't expect to be able to linger. You are on a high speed tour. You have one hour in each Chateau and you will need every minute of it to plow through the crowds and see each room. You have extra time at Chenonceau, in my opinion the most interesting, because that was the lunch stop where you can walk into town an buy lunch at a cafe. Instead, weather permitting, you should bring a sandwich and picnic in the garden here at Chenonceau. These Chateaux are very popular and full. The guide, Arnoud, was great, the bus was a very comfortable coach. Entry ticket is to each is included in the price and you get group entry gate which lets you skip the line. Very worth the money to not have to navigate the roads.
The bus was old but the tour guide was nice and friendly. It was a beautiful tour. I recomend very much. It is must do.
Loved this tour of the chateaus, had a lovely lunch as well. Maybe not enough time at each place, but you do get to see 3 beautiful chateaus in one day.
If you want to visit the Loire Valley Château in from Paris in one day then this is a very good choice. The three Château chosen were excellent in terms of historical significance, architectural achievement and cultural context. I would highly recommend
Great Tour! It's a great way to see a lot of the beautiful Loire Valley in a short amount of time.
We had a great time on this tour and felt it was a really good deal for the price. All three castles were gorgeous. We had most of the time to roam about on our own which I liked but is something to consider if you want a guided tour.
Very intresting tour, agency and driver are very helpfull and professional
Perfect amount of time in each of the three chateaux. And Antonio was a great guide.
It was a long day but it was totally worth it. By the end of the day we were in castle overload. Our favorite was the middle castle, but overall we loved something about all of them.
Really just a transit service from Paris to the 3 chateaus. Well worth a visit. Get to tour each chateau on your own and tour guide was basically a time-keeper and direction giver. But if you want to see Loire on a quick day, this trip will work fine.
Time was short, but that's to be expected when you're trying to see 3 castles in one day. Even with the tight schedule considering there was barely any time to see the last one, Cambord, which happens to be the biggest of all and takes 15 minutes just to get to the entrance from the parking spot, the guide was really nice and the driver was very competent. Well organized and safe tour, I would do it again.
The tour guide is a very knowledgeable and friendly guy. It and #39;s worth to join this tour for those solo traveller who want to save the time.
What to say, there is not enough time to do do everything but I am glad I had the opportunity to do everything I possibly could. I am pleased with this trip and the experience. The only downfall was the bus ride was 3 hours and the bathroom door is locked and screwed closed with no access.
Really good tour for an overview of the castles - not enough time at each of the 3 castles for an in depth tour. If that is what you are after then this is not the tour for you. This was perfect for me - 45mins to an hour at each of the 3 castles as a taster would have been longer at Chambord if participants had heeded the guides timeframes/deadlines given by the tour guide, thus making us late. It is a long day but riding in the coach and soaking in the views of the countryside enables you to rest and relax en route.

we had a great time ,however the tour guide spent quite a bit of time in the mini bus talking to two trainees and not explaining about the country side and other historical aspects of the loire valley. He did point out several castles that were of interest. All and All he did a good job!
The 3 castles are very beautiful and worth seeing. But, we were a little rushed to get through the castles. It would have been good to spend more time in each castle, but we only had about 45 minutes total in each. Also, the tour guide was nice and friendly. She explained the history on the bus. One suggestion would be that the tour company better instruct people from the beginning. The tour company opened after a whole group of guests were already waiting. The tour guide rushed to the bus without instructing people where to go and many were confused about which bus to get onto. Also, the tour guides should better introduce themselves. Other than this, the day went well.
