This was a really easy and painless process. It was at our hotel's front desk when we checked in. Very easy to use and mail back, definitely recommend!
they delivered it to my hotel and when i was done i placed the device in the self sealed envelope and gave it to the reception to mail out very convenient . i will repeat next time i travel
Very easy to use the wifi pocket. You can have access anywhere in France. Recommend to all traveller to try this!! It and #39;s very useful. I can contact my family and friends anytime when I and #39;m in Paris, Lyon and Loire valley castle. Love it!!!
This mobile hotspot offering/product is heaven sent. Being connected to the internet all the time helped us navigate Paris with much ease. The speed 4G was excellent. The hotspot was shipped to our Hotel and was ready by the time we checked in. It came with a return envelope and prepaid postage - so sending back the device was very easy. I highly recommend.
There wew a couple glitches on this choice.
1. It took a long time to figure out what day and how long for the rental period. Thanks to Michele C for taking the time to work with me.
2. The customer service in Paris site was terrible. I was panicking due to the wrong address given, and did not print out the coupon. Even @ that moment, when I tried to confirmed the pick up address, I was still given the old address. The travelwifi company was moved to 5 blocks away from the original address.
3. It took me 2 whole hours trying to figured out the maze, went a construction site, climbing up and down the raw concrete, cause no one can tell me at that time.
4. There's no sign of the business and have to go through a dark alley to finally found the place.
VIATOR, did you know that you still have the old address ?
The battery life was terrible. Easier to go to the store and get a prepaid sim card for your smart phone ad hotspot off that.

Bad Buy....our hotel provided reasonably good internet connection. Dis not need to connect anywhere else in the city.
