Ticket said good for 6 months after date on ticket, called several times to confirm, was hung up on several times with no answers, reached out to your operator via the chat feature on the App, no luck, no response to verify it was correct. The following day that we planned on going the ticket was no longer available. Again I reached to viator and the tour operator with no luck. I did receive an E- mail from viator acknowledging that I contacted the tour operator and I E-mailed them back stating all of the facts. Never heard back from Anyone! I then requested a full refund and again still 4 days later have still not heard back from anyone from viator or the tour operator.

The observatory at the top of Tour Montparnasse offers a great view of Paris. including the Eiffel Tower. However I did find it a little pricey for what we got. Nevertheless, it is much less expensive that the Eiffel Tower and you get to see the Eiffel Tower instead of being in it.

I went at night and it didn't have any line to go up. Great view of the city, but you can skip it if you already go in other places to see the view and doesn't have much time in the city.

Great to see Paris from a different perspective - hard to find the entrance, had to go right around then at the doors there is a sign - go up the stairs and if you have this pass you go to the first entrance to the left - don’t join the queue as they are waiting to purchase a ticket.

Short of a must-do because the best vantage points are littered with amateur photographers doing time lapses/long exposure photography. Had to wait around for a while for a spot to open up. We timed our visit so we'd see the Eiffel Tower lights turn on. Fantastic experience but you'll need to be patient.

Friends told us about this and we're so pleased they did! It was our first day and enabled us to work out where everything is. An amazing experience with outstanding views of Paris. We went just ahead of sunset, so were able to clearly see all the sights but then all the lights coming in Paris which was beautiful. Got stunning photos, enjoyed watching the skating on the terrace and had an expensive, but worthwhile glass of champagne. Brilliant!
