  • Dinner is ONLY available if option selected. Vegetarian option is available, select the Toulouse-Lautrec Menu. Please note that the cabaret will reopen its doors on September 10th, 2021 however, due to Covid-19 and local restrictions, dinner options are not available until further notice.
  • Due to its popularity, you should expect to wait in line at the Moulin Rouge before gaining access. The Moulin Rouge does not grant priority access to anyone. The seats are allocated 1 hour before performance time.

Finally after 6 visits to Paris we saw the Moulin Rouge cabaret show and it was very entertaining. Expect a fast pace variety show, with some Can Can performances. Seats came with champagne but requested we requested wine instead which was appreciated. Arrive early to get best seats as tables are tables accommodate 6 seats.

Moulin Rouge is quintessential Paris - a must see. However, I highly do not recommend booking it through Viator. A nightmare with every event through them - unable to “get tickets” (Routed to “oops” from them repeatedly, unable to get address and details (I.e. time to arrive before event started), very very stressful, not certain I would be allowed entry even though I paid for it, because Viator does not respond to any attempt to get needed help for needed tickets and needed information. Do not book any event through Viator. They’re awful!!!

The show was amazing, place is amazing. The only regret I have, was the table. I guess I was hoping for a small, single seat at a single table. Instead, I was randomly placed across from a man who just because I was there alone, chose to be sleazy with me. So any single goers, be aware of that.

Start with a long queue indoors with no aircon (24°C that day), doesn't matter at what time you arrive to queue up as the tables have been assigned on the day already, sat on a table with other guests, half of the seats are back to the stage, so i actually had to or twist my neck or move the chair into not a very convenient place to be able to see the show. The champagne was horrendous, for the price of the tickets you'd expect at least a nice beverage. Show was ok, just without any story, both me and my partner were very confused at the end. Pretty much a musical (no live singing though even if they wore microphones) but different theme on every scene. The smaller acts were more interesting than the actual show. Much better to go for a cabaret in London, with three course dinner, half a bottle of prosecco for half the price!!!

The Paris Moulin Rouge Cabaret Show was a bucket list item for my wife. I was so surprised by how much I enjoyed the show. So much more than just dancing guys and girls. Some of the additional performers of non dancing acts received some of the loudest applause. I would go back every time I visit Paris.

Once you step foot into the Moulin Rouge you are instantly transported! The hall had history dotted around and if you weren't dressed up you probably felt a little out of place. That being said, no one got turned away for being under dressed. The service was impeccable, everyone we extremely friendly and we felt looked after. The show has everything you'd expect and a few more acrobatic surprises, tha tshone through. There are a couple of down sides. We attended the 11pm show however the show started 40 mins late. It is warned that we will need to queue and we arrived at the recommended time but I did not expect to queue for over half an hour. In the show itself there were live snake and, in my opinion, there was cultural appropriation. Both were uncalled for as the highlight of the show, and an audience favourite, was the can-can, THE most french part of the show. Overall, we had a great time and I would recommend but with caution.
