My husband and I are particularly interested in WWII history, especially since his father landed on Omaha Beach on D-Day and was in the Battle of the Bulge. We were thrilled with our guide, Abby, and we're happy that we had a small group, just 3 couples all interested in WWII history. Abby had a wealth of knowledge, was friendly, answered our questions, and was enthusiastic about her topic. We loved walking through the Marais neighborhood and learning about its importance to Paris from the Middle Ages to WWII to the present. This tour is definitely worth taking, especially for those interested in WWII history. But even if you're not, we recommend it. You learn a lot in a beautiful section of Paris.

Heidi was our tour guide and I loved her spunk and the way she delivered the information. This tour did not seem like 3 hours because she was so informative and interesting to listen to. The meeting spot was just as it read in the information, easy to find and well worth exploring the Jewish neighborhood and learning about WWII history!

Our guide was very knowledgeable and met us exactly where he said that he would be. We had previously visited Nuremberg and toured the parade grounds and the Document Center, so hearing and seeing what happened in France gave us a more complete picture and of course the french point of view.Excellent!

A sobering reminder of atrocities committed by Hitler and the need to take a stand, even at great personal risk, against those who would harm others.

Cory was our guide. He kept us entertained with short anecdotes that brought the history alive. We saw and heard events and personal experiences that can never be found in any history textbook. Worth your time.

If you love history then you will enjoy this tour. Casual walk around the city with a small group. Guide was engaging and eager to discuss tidbits / trivia. Time well spent

Apart from the beginning and end which was packed with interesting information, this 3 hour walking tour told me little. I was hugely disappointed. I spent 50 and therefore expected the afternoon to be packed with specific facts, fabulous and relevant locations and riveting stories. I got none of that. All the info I gleamed I could have got off the internet in 20 minutes. Our guide, though a really lovely, friendly guide, was not engaged with WW11 history. I asked many questions to which she had no answer to she explained that she wasn't very good with facts or numbers and admitted that she should do more research. Next time, charge me 5 for this afternoon walk and I will give a good review. Stay away from this tour.
