Paris Cooking Class including 3-Course Lunch, Wine & Optional Market Visit

Our class was a day of fun and education. Christopher was a pro with an excellent outlook and great kitchen chops. Our meal was delicious! Other attendees were enthusiastic. A wonderful day in Paris.

Chef was very enthusiastic and explained what to do very clearly. He made sure everyone participated and had a good time. Food was fabulous!

We had a wonderful time taking this class. Sarah, the instructor, provided precise instructions and demonstrated what we/the class needed to perform to complete each of the courses. I highly recommend Le Fooding if you are interested in this experience.

Everything about the Paris cooking class was wonderful, the enthusiasm, knowledge and expertise of the instructor, the trip to the market, the meal itself and the knowledge gained from working with a professional in preparing the meal. The facilities were great. I highly recommend this tour.

The 3 course lunch and wine Paris cooking class exceeded our expectations. Fred was warm and friendly from the start. The Foodist was beautifully set for Christmas and spotless. There were six stations and we listened to the explanation of what was expected of each of us. It was so helpful to receive the recipes after our class so we just watched and listened. Fred was helpful at each step. The end result was beautiful to the eye and tasty as well. I learned more about how we taste and why it is important in this dish to add salt as well as fresh nutmeg. I could go on and on. My husband and I highly recommend Fred's cooking classes. We are only encouraged to continue learning to cook. (Merci) I might add we both have cooked for 43 years for ourselves and 4 children. It was never fancy and would consider ourselves beginners in the culinary arts. Anyone could do this and in the end be able to bring home some of these techniques and a few smiles thinking about their Paris cooking course by Chef Fred. It as a great way to end our week in Paris.

Our instructor, Christophe, was very informative with his instructions throughout and we enjoyed the learning part and a very good meal. I will try a couple of the dishes we made at home, and use the tips he gave us along the way in my everyday cooking.

We took a 5 hours cooking class including the market tour. Chef Christof guided us, sharing many interesting facts in fluent English during the market tour. Then we started to cook a meal which was suitable for the participants allergies (gluten in my case). The dishes were great, the citchen was very convenient and well equipped, and the chef is very professional. We learned a lot and had fun. The dished were excellent. It was a great experience.

I loved this class! It was fun, learned get cooking tips and had great food to eat! I still have not received the recipes from this class. Would love to get these. Thanks so much!
