This was the highlight of Paris for us. It was WONDERFUL! A must do for someone who has seen some of the sights of this beautiful city.
My sister and I were put into a class with 4 others and the 6 of us made so many macarons it was unreal. After the cooking and baking you go upstairs with your class and the table is set with tea and coffee and the delicious macarons we just made. Then you receive boxes to take the rest with you. We each received at least 30 to 40 macarons. This was such a nice afternoon in Paris.

I brought my husband with me to this class even though he wasn't keen. We both thoroughly enjoyed it. Fredrick is an incredibly funny and talented chef and teacher. He made the class fun and enjoyable. I couldn't fault anything about the class. I would love to try the pastry class too. Loved it!

Our chef/teacher Hugo was great! We were a medium sized group, all with lots of questions and varying degrees of skill, and he was enthusiastic, patient, and very skilled at breaking the task down into understandable and easy to follow steps. Explaining the reasons for each one, and the history behind these yummy treats. We had a lot of fun and learned a lot. You mostly work with a partner, but even if you take the class on your own, you will be put with someone, and everyone was nice. Even if you feel intimidated and a dud with pastry as I am JUST DO IT! Can't wait to try at home...
