Our guide, Arthur, was on time for our adventure around the Marais district of Paris. He made our walk leisurely while pointing out the most important details and history of this historic neighborhood in Paris. We soon decided that it was our new favorite district! We stopped along the way to eat at three different pastry shops I wont give the shop names awaybut I would not have known about them had Arthur not pointed them out to us that we wouldnt have discovered on our own. We ended our tour with a much needed, relaxing wine and cheese tasting with with a freindly wine-enthusiast merchant who told us all about the wine and cheese regions of Franceand he was not stingy with the wines, either. We had a grand time talking with our fellow walkers and with Arthureven past the time that our tour was ended. This is well worth the money spent.

The small group Paris tour was a real joy. Rafael, our guide, was charming and knowledgeable. The pace was perfect and he showed us a side to Marais I had not seen in other visits. The food was delicious and the site selected for our sit down bread, cheese and charcuterie was a delight.

The tour was fun and interesting and our tour guide, Raphael was excellent at his job. He spoke perfect English, there were 6 in our group, 4 Americans and 2 Australians, we all had a great time and stayed on quite a bit later at the last venue talking, drinking and eating. I would definitely recommend this tour.
