Was not allowed to enter the Louvre!

I am requesting a refund. I was not allowed to enter the Louvre. A bunch of other people bought tickets for Viator too and they were all not allowed to enter the Louvre either. Total waste of not only $75 but my quick trip to Paris too.

meh. i had a 2-day pass and didn't bother with the second day. i think i did 2/4 routes. the audio guide was out of sync and extremely boring. i did get to see some of the best sites from the top of the bus, a good vantage point, and decide where i wanted to go later.

frankly its just a bus tour like so many there. the busses come and go in a certain frequency. not always easy for any bus tour. ive been on so many different ones the think to look for is more about the complaints. I had none although the experience wasn't WOW.

This was the only way for me to safely and efficiently get around Paris, as it was my first trip there. It works fine, but don't rely on it to be consistent. The traffic in Paris can be horrendous and one day when I was there, there was a dignitary visiting and roads were closed and I stood at my bus stop for a long time waiting for the block to be reopened in front of Musee D'Orsay because of the contingent being loaded up unto their limos. This is not a bus tour issue, just something to think about. I got on the bus at the Arc de Triophe at 7 pm, to get back to the main stop 1 in time to transfer to the red line bus by 8 pm, which was when the last bus runs. The red line ran to my hotel. We were going in circles, went around the Eiffel Tower in various patterns several times. Ended up at the main stop at 7:55. I was panicking thinking I was going to miss the red bus. Also, there is no announcement as you are nearing stops of which stop it is. Only if it's a transfer point, or a major stop. Sometimes they didn't even stop at the smaller ones in between so you couldn't even be counting them down on the map. Just be aware, watchful, don't expect them to tell you where to get off. You can't really truly relax and watch the scenery because you're wondering if you're going to miss your stop. Overall, it was worth it, it was my best option for the trip. Just be aware!
