3 star rating: Worth doing October 2017

Exciting and scary for a bunch of 70 year olds. We will never forget weaving in and around traffic or riding down the Champs-Elysees in rush hour traffic. We saw more of Paris in 2 hours than we have ever experienced in any other tour. Would recommend but not for the faint of heart! Great guide.

1 star rating: I do not recommend this April 2017

We arrived 10 minutes before our booking time as instructed. There was no one at the location. There were 4 of us booked for an English Tour. Then another couple turned up for a Dutch tour. 15 minutes after the departure time we had still not seen anyone.

I called their number twice and got a voicemail message in French. Finally on my 3rd call, and 30 mins after the tour was supposed to start, I finally got through to someone. She explained that the guide was running late because of a hold up with the previous tour. Then she couldn't find my booking. Eventually she found the booking and asked if we wouldn't mind going with the Dutch couple. Fortunately they were very nice and agreed to do their tour in English. What a massive stuff up. The guide didn't arrive for another 15 mins. Then by the time he had helped the people from the previous tour, we finally got underway an hour late. This meant we were riding back in the dark and in fairly heavy traffic. My sister fell off her bike due to the congestion on the Champs d'Élysée.

This mess up was NOT the tour guide's fault. He was very good and helpful. But he was left on his own by his company.

Firstly they shouldn't have lost our booking. Secondly they should have someone from their company at the start point to tell us of the delays. Third, they should have had someone to help him with the incoming late tour so that we could get away quicker.

The ride was good. It was however in heavier traffic than the website indicated. The management of this tour was appalling. Avoid!!!
