The Eiffel Tower tour only takes you to the 1st and 2nd decks and not to the summit. We have been to the summit before so we didn't bother lining up to do this. There is no skip-the-line for the summit. The meeting point for the tour is across the river at Trocadero which I thought was better than being at the bottom of the tower which was crowded. The guides were on time and very helpful and knowledgable. We saved ourselves at least two hours of lining up which was worth every cent. We learnt a lot about what we saw from the second deck from our guide. You can spend as much time up on the viewing decks as you like. We took the lift back down to the first deck where there is a glass platform looking to the ground. You can buy drinks, food and souvenirs and just enjoy the view. We then walked down to the Seine to board the river cruise boat. We sat on the roof and this was an awesome way to see Paris from the water. It gives a different perspective of the city and was thoroughly enjoyable. I highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting Paris....buy a glass of champagne on the cruise and sit back and enjoy!
This is a very informative tour and a great view from the second storey!
The guide was very informative and was able to answer questions very well. What an amazing view from the second floor of the tower.
The Tour guide made this tour worth every penny - She was amazing, knowledgeable, friendly, funny and charismatic. She was well informed of Paris and all we needed to know. I highly recommend this tour if you are in town on a short vacation and want a great but quick experience of Paris.
Good way to skip the line and learn the history of the tower. The river cruise I would skip, no big deal.
The guides were very nice and super friendly. Unfortunately we didn and #39;t go on the tour bc my friend hurt her knee. But from what I experienced was highly recommendable!!!
Lindsay our tour guide was terrific.
Well versed on the history of the tower. She was animated and kept it very interesting.
Highly recommend this tour and Lindsay as your English speaking guide!
Seine River tour was nice and convenient.
This was very enjoyable! Our guide Ruta was very nice and knowledgeable and guided our group through the throngs of tourists masterfully. It was so nice to go ahead of the lines and get right on an elevator. We also thoroughly enjoyed the Seine River Cruise.
Great experience! Our guide spoke very clearly and presented a lot of both informative and amusing facts.
Indeed it was skip the line. Our small group just waltzed through the entrance, pass all others waiting in looooong lines.
Coupled with Seine river cruise, that was memorable day for my wife and me.
James, our tour guide was awesome! He was knowledgeable and very friendly. The Eiffel Tower is a site to see - much more impressive in person.
River cruise was relaxing, however, the day we took it was very chilly/raw. Ended up staying inside most of the trip.
This was a great informative tour and our guide Emily was absolutey fantastic she made our day thanks
How tour guide was wonderful he was so knowledgeable and gave a great tour! Would highly recommend this tour.
Fun and well done our guide was very informative and pleasant. The cruise was relaxing and had a nice view with a warm cabin.
Loved it! Super informative and not in a boring way. The guide knew his stuff and it was nice not to have to wait in a long line.
Really recommend this trip.
Daniel, from Ireland, was a great guide and made the tour very interesting and enjoyable.
Decided to walk down from the second level.
Tower is a lot taller than I thought.
Trip up the Seine is a must - good to see the bridges from a different angle.
The Skip-the-Line Eiffel Tower and Seine River Cruise, operated by City Wonders Ltd, were both excellent events. I thoroughly enjoyed both excursions in particular the interaction of our Eiffel Tower guide, John, who had an extensive knowledge of the history of the Eiffel Tower and the surrounding Paris district. The Seine River Cruise, interspersed with interesting commentary, is an excellent way to view the many historical buildings and bridges - Not to be missed!
