We were fortunate because we had done the Seine River Cruise prior to this trip and so we knew that the buses are on the waterfront below the street level of the Eifel Tower. Easy to find if you know this. The driver parked where all the other buses parked at the castle, so anyone that complained about not finding the bus didn't pay attention to where they were let off at the Versailles gates. He did exactly what any respectable driver did, showed us the time to get back to the bus 15 minutes before departure, and drove us back. What more could you want. What annoyed me is that not one person gave him any kind of a tip. The guy drove us there and back, and waited in the bus for 3 1/2 hours while we toured Versailles. We watched 8 other people, fellow US and Canadians, walk off of that bus with little, if no, Thank You and go on their way when we got back to Paris. You can afford a trip to Paris and cannot throw a couple of Euro his way? We were embarrassed for them.
Prompt and comfortable -- only three passengers on a huge, luxurious motor coach!
Yes all good and managed to purchase tickets to see the gardens in sufficient time and return to bus for trip back to Paris
it was great,,we just hope there was a hotel pick up like our other tours

Very comfortable tour bus to take to Versailles, however, if you're interested to really explore Versailles castle in depth at least gardens too, definitely select a longer tour. The castle lone takes 2 or 3 hours to quick explore. Then after, the gardens alone is another huge exploration-- for the time given, not enough.
How could you ask me for a review when I sent a complaint letter that the coach bus NEVER arrived????? This company has not replied to my inquiry for ovee 24 hours!!!!
Do not go on this tour. The location they provided on the ticket was not clear and they left without us, and said that it was our fault! I have never had such bad service in my life.
The tour ran for 4 hours in the afternoon and we had to be back at the bus 1/2 hour before departure - which really only left us 3.5 hours. It was nearly impossible to find the bus and there was no sign to guide us. The bus driver was very nice and was a very safe driver, HOWEVER, we arrived to Versailles only to find a 1hour line to purchase tickets and then you have to line up again to enter the castle (another 1 hour wait). We were very disappointed after waiting for 1 hour in line only to be told that it did not make sense to purchase the castle tickets. We purchased tickets for the gardens instead - another 15 minutes but well worthit
