What You Can Expect

Paris to Versailles Round-Trip Shuttle Transfer by Luxury Bus

Paris to Versailles Round-Trip Shuttle Transfer

The Palace and Gardens of Versailles are one of the most popular day trips from Paris, and the famous attraction is close enough to the city to make it a great day trip option – but figuring out train schedules or worrying about taxi meters can make an easy excursion stressful. Skip all that hassle with a round-trip transfer by luxury bus booked in advance.
Depart central Paris in the early afternoon and relax on the 45-minute drive from Paris to Versailles. Let your professional driver navigate busy city traffic and French road signs while you take in the scenery.
Upon arrival, you'll be dropped off outside the Palace of Versailles, and you'll have roughly half a day or a full day to explore on your own (actual time varies slightly depending on travel time). Visit the opulent palace, the expansive gardens behind it and even the town of Versailles itself.
At the conclusion of your visit, meet your driver at a prearranged location and climb back into the coach for the return trip to Paris. The drive back into the city should also be roughly 45 minutes long, meaning you'll get back to Paris in the early evening.
Please note: An admission ticket to the Palace and Gardens of Versailles is NOT included with this transfer service. You will need to purchase your own ticket, either in advance or at the ticket window directly. Note that at peak times, there is often a long queue to enter the palace.

Great way to out to the Palace without the worry of traffic, and it is a nightmare. We only used the shuttle service but you can do the guided tour but we wanted to see it all at our own pace.

Very easy way to get to Versailles for days when the train isn't running. Comfy bus with a glass top so you get great views as you are traveling outside of the city.

Loved our guide and she was able to help us skip the line even though this ticket does not offer that benefit. Ride there was comfortable and easy and only took a half day all told. They also provided a car-seat for our infant so we didn't need to bring our own and cart it around. Definitely recommend.

The shuttle was a great way to travel to Versailles. We did not pre-purchase our tickets to enter the castle-a big mistake, although the entrance line went very quickly. Our driver was very accommodating and we enjoyed touring -although inside there were thousands of people. We were glad we had not purchased tickets to tour the grounds since it was raining, but could still see some of the gardens from inside the castle and when we exited. Driving through the town of Versailles was also interesting.
