Great cruise! We left at 7:00 pm just as it was turning dark. The city looked beautiful.
It was also a great way yo skip the line at the Eiffel Tower.
A big thank you to Kris I think that was his name from Viator for making this possible. Unfortunately we did not receive our tickets before we left Sydney and I was panicking when your operator came up with the idea of sending them to us on Whats App. He was so friendly and helpful, so THANK YOU and sorry for the lateness of this email, but I told everyone about him and how great he was to help us. The skip the line ticket for the Eiffel Tower was fantastic as the queues were horrendous
The line of people waiting to get in is huge! Being able to skip the line only is well worth the cost. Plus, you get the added bonus of the night cruise which gives you a different and visually rich perspective of Paris.
A great way to see the Eiffel Tower quickly without waiting. Being able to take the cruise at any time was also great - try to time it so you arrive back around sunset and it's breathtaking!
I missed my tour, and was able to reschedule for only $40 more. The agent was so kind and helpful, unlike anywhere else we went in Paris. Paying to skip the line was SO worth its value. The kids loved going up in the tower, and especially loved the nighttime cruise.
very good, completely avoided queues at Eiffel Tower. Contact number Staff spoke English and were very helpful
It was pouring down rain the day we had reserved for our Skip the Line Eiffel Tower Entrance so the crowds were not as heavy as usual. We quickly entered the elevator to the second floor and enjoyed the view. We also recommend the cruise on the river. Great vantage point to see the the sights. Remember during the summer sunset is after 9:30 pm. so the Illumination cruise will be late in the evening
Don and #39;t visit Paris without a trip up to the summit, the view is spectacular. This ticket only takes you to the second floor and there is a lineup on the second floor for tickets to the summit. Skip the line is definitely worth the extra cost as the lines are quite long at the bottom as well.
Skip the Line was very easy! Make sure to arrive at the time your ticket says!

Both activities were excellent. I would recommend doing both of them if you have never done them before.
I didn't expect to be impressed by the Eiffel Tower, but I was! We went all the way to the top, which meant standing in line and buying an additional ticket, and would have liked to eat at the restaurant but didn't know you needed reservations two months in advance. And it can hardly be called 'skip-the-line.' You don't have to stand in line to buy the initial ticket, but you stand in line for a security check, for access to the elevators up and back down, everywhere. It's just so congested there are people everywhere and nothing happens anywhere fast.
good not line anyways to the tower but great to know we did not have to wait
Having a Turkish speaker point of contact was impressive. He was very responsive and helpful to our random calls and requests.
The Skip the Line tickets made our visit to the Eiffel Tower very easy. The Green Flag was easy to identify and we were able to quickly access the tower elevators. Since we had already been on the Seine trip, we skipped this one.
The Eiffel Tower was just breathtaking and we really enjoyed it. The skip the line ticket was an absolute must as we went right in past all the people that had been waiting for several hours! Unfortunately we did not get to see the illumination cruise as the river was too high and they weren't operating. I might have preferred an audio guide as there isn't much information to read about the tower once you're up there.
The tour was amazing but the people in France were not very friendly at all
We found it great to have tickets in hand prior to going. The only down side was we were quite early, thinking there would be lots to see in the general area. We tried to go in early and were not able until 10 minutes prior to assigned time. It was still a great experience!
eifle tower was very good, the boat trip on the river was very disappointing, we were meant to have a trip commentary which was non-existent, had to use my phone and google maps to identify buildings of interest.
TICKET TO 2nd DECK ONLY - no tour. We had a little problem connecting with person who held our tickets but finally worked it out. I did ask him to give us some info/history on the tower, which he did for about 10 minutes. We asked him about summit tickets and he told us it was closed that day. We were sad. The kiosk for summit tickets was closed on 2nd deck but there were people in line - we thought all the tickets had been sold out. FINALLY, we found a ticket window on the downstairs portion of the 2nd deck where we could get summit tickets. Made it up just before sunset so we got daylight and sunset!!!! The champagne at the top is overpriced and not very good. Recommend taking your own if you want to do a toast.
Directions were unclear. The attendant looked at our tickets and advised we were ok to go to summit, but after waiting in the line on the 2nd floor for a long period of time we were turned away.
