Our guide was GREAT! We learned a lot of facts interesting things.
Avi, our guide, had a business acumen that went beyond all my expectations. He answered questions respectfully, knowledgeably and enhanced our experience. He was able to keep the group moving and lid out ll expectations. I truly hope I get him on another tour soon!!!!
This was a great tour and our tour guide Avi was really knowledgeable about the history of Notre Dame Cathedral and the surrounding buildings. Very interesting tour and I learned a lot. I would highly recommend this tour to anyone seeking learn more about the history of Ile de la Cite.
This tour was amazing! Hands down the best thing we did while in Paris! Charlie was the best tour guide and our personal favorite from all of our tours...so smart and informative! Always up for answering our questions. This is a must do while in Paris!
I would highly recommend this tour, our tour guide Charlie was very informative and keen to answer any questions that we had about the tour or about Paris, his recommendations were very good! Thanks Charlie from Charlie. :)

The tour guide was fabulous. She made this a wonderful experience.
Excellent experience! Learned a lot about the island and the Cathedral. There was a long line to get inside the church and to get inside the bell tower - but thanks to this ticket we skipped both lines and saved ourselves a lot of time! The best view of Paris is from the bell tower. Highly recommend!
Terrific tour! Small group and a wonderful guide who made so much history easy and fun to understand.
Our guides for this tour was spectacular very knowlegeable and entertaining. The landmarks were impressive.
Our tour guide, a gentleman from the USA, was excellent! He was very informative and spoke clearly. I highly suggest booking this. You get a nice history of the area walking around. There is a short wait to get into security to enter the Cathedral. Everyone has to wait in this. The REAL TIME SAVINGS is the skip the line to climb the tower! That line is insane! This tour totally skips that line! Highly recommend!
Tour was great! Charlie was full of information and made the tour a lot of fun. Highly recommended.
Great above average local guide and walking tour. This tour can also be used to skip the line for the Notre Dame tower, which typically lasts 1.5 - 2 hours.
Felix made this tour for us. He was so entertaining and interesting. He was able to answer all of our questions and even suggested a great place for dinner after our tour. The tour was well paced. Our son especially enjoyed climbing the bell tower.
Our family 2 adults and 3 teenagers very much enjoyed this tour! Avi was our guide and he gave us a fantastic history of the island and cathedral without it being boring. My 3 teens loved it! We learned a lot while seeing such beautiful sites!!
Very informative tour with our guide Harvey who was more than happy to answer questions and related the historic information in a very interesting way. The time went so quickly. So glad to be able to literally walk straight in to the cathedral and climb up the tower when the queues were huge and it was about a 2 hour wait to get in.
Informative tour about the history of Notre Dame and the surrounding areas. Very nice walking tour. Guide was really good at explaining the history. Skip the line is good. Would recommend.
Martin was a fantastic guide. Very knowledgeable on the history of Notre Dame and the Isle de La Cite.
John was great! Very warm, knowledgeable and professional. This tour was well worth what we paid for it, especially the skip the line aspect!
The tour was well organised and quite enjoyable, helped by a great guide.
Very informational tour. Our guide Charlie was interesting and obviously knowledgeable about the tour. The Cathedral was beautiful and I am grateful to have been able to see it.
Our guide provided very useful informations on the history of Cite island with passionate and professional presentation style.
The guide was a great little Irishman not French ?? with a professional friendly presentation style.
Looking at the long lineup at Notre Dame I was thankful for the skip the line access although those waiting appeared not as happy
We did this tour during our first full day in Paris. Meeting coordination was as noted and we had a decent sized group. The Cathedral of course is awesome and the guide was quite engaging and well informed.
There was a bit of a delay getting through the tower line -- on the order of a half hour or so. That caused some coordination problems with a couple of others on the tour as they had a subsequent tour closely timed.
Also, it should be made clear that the 400 step walk can be troublesome for some. It was clear that at least one touring person was not going to make the walk up the tower -- that's not a fault of the description, except perhaps to include a note that the tower walk is REAL exercise.
My wife and I could have gone all the way up but stopped at the bell tower level due to time constraints -- that 30 minute delay getting access to the steps, plus a couple of delays by the Tower security people grabbed up some spare time for us.
That being said, this was an excellent tour and the guides explanation of other sites in the one hour lead up to the Cathedral portion of the tour were very much appreciated.
It might be useful here to make sure people realize that the tour really has three components.
1 A walking tour of Ile de la Cite about an hour or so.
2 A guided tour of the inside of the Cathedral about 30 minutes
3 The skip the line access to the tower once the guide gets you in at this point, the guided portion completes.
That might reduce some confusion. Also, we do wish that 30 minute hold for tower access could have been less -- say 15 minutes or less.
Josephine was an awesome tour guide. I and #39;ve gone on tours of Notre Dame before, but Josephine gave excellent insight and new information that I and #39;ve never heard before! By all means, go on this tour. The climb to the tip-top was spectacular!
