It is a long day on this tour (about 13 1/2 hours for our day) but well worth the trip.

The tour was very easy. The tour guide was great. I don’t think we could’ve planned all of it ourselves for one day. Even lunch was great!
Must do experience

Experiencing what it might have been like then for the soldiers involved in the landing at Omaha beach.
Fun trip thrugh WWII history. Just check the weather before you go.

We had a great guide on this trip, thanks HP! Unfortunately we had really bad weather that made the tour uncomfortable. Walking with rain, hail and gail winds. Wish there was a better way to see the sites in inclement weather.
Great overview of Operation Overlord

Rayan was a fantastic tour guide. He was very polite and accommodating and made sure everyone was comfortable. He’s very knowledgeable too! I wish we had more time at some of the stops, but we had to keep the tour moving.
A great experience!

It was a great tour! We really enjoyed it! My only negative is I wish our guide had more commentary, maybe in the van, or to give more insights and stories. He was very nice, and definitely gave us explanations, it just would be been nice if there was more of that. Overall, a lovely experience!
What a great tour!

It was a great day trip the guide was excellent, knowledgeable and very flexible to work with the groups needs. The guide was even able to arrange a private ceremony for a member of our tour whose great uncle was buried at the Omaha cemetery.

Great trip with a great guide. The country side is very nice and all the stops really help you understand the history.
Would recommend this trip to see a lot of D-Day sights in just one day!!

We were really happy with this tour experience, and chose it after reading a lot of the past reviews. Coming from Paris, it is a far drive to and from, so a good portion of the day is just travel, which limits time at the actual sights. Our tour guide was fantastic and very knowledgeable about everything related to D-Day and all the sights we visited. He really cared a lot about making sure we all learned what we wanted to, and had a great experience. There isn't much time at each sight so this tour was pretty rushed, but that really is the only way to see all the stuff we did. We got lucky because the cider tasting wasn't available, and we just tried it at lunch, which gave us more time at the D-Day sights. Getting to see the German bunkers and the beaches was quite an experience, and really enjoyed the museum which was very well put together, filled with information and memorabilia. I'd recommend this tour and company for sure.
Great experience. I could have done without the cider.

Standing on Omaha Beach and on top of Pointe du Hoc is an unbelievable experience. What was accomplished there is amazing. Visiting the cemetery is a sobering experience. It is a reminder that the cost of freedom is not free. There is a reason that those soldiers were part of the "greatest generation".

Our guide, Leon, was extremely knowledgeable. He was able to describe and explain what the area was all about. Not overdone, but explained so that nothing was missed. Was a long day, but worth it.
Intensely interesting

Our guide Adrienne was fabulous!! He was very thorough and informative and we learned so much. Had we not done this tour we would have not been able to navigate nor understand a lot of the details that he was able to provide. I would highly consider spending your day in Normandy with Adrienne!!
