This tour gives you just what you need with the flexibility to take the time you want to enjoy everything. There is so much to view!
We chose this tour because it would bring us to Versailles quickly, efficiently and most importantly soon after the gates had opened. Although we opted for the full day / return late afternoon combination we didn't need that much time given that most of the of the palace itself was inaccessible. Given that, the extensive landscaped grounds by Le Notre and the Trianons and picturesque rural hamlet created by Louis XVI for Marie Antoinette are worth the price of admission alone. Be advised there is no point rushing across to see the Grand and Petit Trianons because they only open at midday so if you arrive early pace yourself. The joy of arriving early can't be overstated. We managed to get on the mid afternoon coach back to Paris as untold numbers of tourists arrived by the bus load and headed for the palace gates.
Excellent full day tour with enough time to see the entire park if you use the Petit Train. Highly recommended!
A well organised tour. Coach on time. Information clear. Staff at office very helpful. First visit to the Trianons very interesting

The tour bus leaves from near the Louver. It is a pleasant 45 minute trip to Versaille. On Sunday they didn't charge an admission fee so we got a refund on that portion of the trip. You will want to go first thing in the morning, as the cue line gets long to get in. Absolutely beautiful place.
Really enjoyed Versailles. However, we were disappointed with the fountain show... either we missed it or it never happened. It would have been nice to have times that this was to have started. Also, some mix-up on train to Marie Antoinette's estate. Directions not real clear. Other than those two 2 items, was a very interesting and beautiful day.
A beautiful experience. Came back fascinated with this castle. To sad that Marie Antoinette's house was undergoing renovations and they had it all covered.
This was a beautiful place. Our whole family enjoyed this tour. The only disappointment was that the fountains were not running. Not sure if it is too early in the year for this or what....
We would possibly go back just to see the fountains.
This is a pick up/drop off arrangement from Paris to Versailles. The driver as friendly and knowledgeable. All th tickets for entrance and the train were included.
Because it was winter, many of the 'secret gardens' were locked up and closed. This meant there was less to do and the 5pm pick up was far too late.

I didn't really care for this trip. I thought the castle was beautiful and loved the gardens! I didn't really like that we were taken there and just dropped off. It would have been nice to have a guide with us, even though there was an audio guide. I had questions that I wish woulda have answered or explained. When they say don't lose your ticket, don't! After I finished in the gardens, I went to try to go to the Marie Antoinette Estate and Trianons and realized I had lost my ticket, so I was stuck waiting. I was supposed to leave in the 4:50p bus, I ended leaving in the 2:50p one. If you don't mind just looking around and doing your thing, you'll really like this tour.
