Just a fabulous day from start to finish. Kind, knowledgable guide. Comfortable bus. Memorable lunch and just enough time at each destination to appreciate them.
The highlight of our week in Paris! Seeing Giverney was truly a magical experience, especially because we visited L'orangerie Museum in Paris the day before and saw Monet's giant lily pads. Monet's house was delightful, especially the kitchen. The history that we learned on our Versailles tour was fascinating and greatly enhanced our appreciation of the art and history of France. Highly recommend this excellent tour!
You will not be disappointed. Fantastic tour. Giverny was amazing to see and monet's gardens are beautiful. Versailles is just as imagined wish we had more time but there is no way you can see it all in one day. The Gardens are insanely gorgeous. Lunch was fantastic and very tasty! Its expensive but once you add up the cost of doing all this on your own you realize its worth it. Not to mention lunch is included!!
Fantastic trip! I had wanted to see both venues and originally thought of seeing Giverny via the bike tour - however opted for this excursion instead. Would like to have wandered the gardens of Versailles for a longer period however all was good. No complaints.
Highly recommend. Worth every cent. Lunch at the mill was lovely as well and a great way to continue the relaxed feeling after walking Monet's heavenly gardens.

Well worth the cost to see both attractions on one guided tour.
Monet's gardens where just beautiful, loved the shop which had some lovely gifts. The only thing I would have liked different would be more time to explore the village but understand when on a tour there has to be a time limit. Our stop for lunch at The Fourges was amazing, we would never have known of this place if not for this tour. The meal was top notch and the setting was fantastic, we will never forget this beautiful little place. Versailles was out of this world, the opulence was mind boggling, the gardens massive and so beautiful. This was a wonderful tour, the coach was very comfortable and the guides excellent.
Everything that was promised, and more, was delivered. Lunch at the restaurant on the river was superb and the driver took us to Versailles on the more picturesque back roads. Scenic and less traffic. Our two guides were very caring and gave very clear directions and information throughout the day. A long day, but very satisfying and a must for travellers short of time in Paris.
Amazing Tour especially if your time is limited in Paris! Great escape away from the city.
The tour guide gave an outstanding, detailed commentary on the history surrounding Monet's works as well as the history and intrigue of the rulers of France at Versailles. The food at the mill was quite good and our guide explained what we could anticipate/instructions back to van, etc, very well in clear English. The Palace was extraordinary and Monet's gardens were gorgeous in full bloom. The bus we were transported in was very modern, clean, attractive and comfortable with bathroom and plug-ins for chargers working well. I truly have no complaints at all. Everything was delivered as promised.
Guide was extremely knowledgeable, we were offered a very nice lunch in between Monet's house and Palace of Versailles, wish we spent a little less time at lunch and had more time at Versaille, garden is very large and with only 1 hour to explore there was not enough time.
Monet's house and garden at Giverny was fantastic - it met my exceedingly high expectations and surpassed those of my friend. The lunch at Le Moulin de Fourges was delicious and the setting was exquisite. Our tour of Versailles was really informative, way better than when I visited on my own. The gardens looked glorious being the end of summer.
The one-day visit accomplished much more than we could have managed if we'd visited these places on our own.
It was the best way to see Versailles! We did not wait and our guide moved us through the palace with ease and lots of information. The lunch was amazing and Giverney was so interesting with the guide's descriptions.
Excellent! I would highly recommend this tour. The guides were organized and knowledgeable.
This was a great day the gardens were amazing and lunch was yummy.
Everything my son and I wanted from the trip. Giverny was superb as was the lunch afterwards. Versailles was amazing. The coach was extremely comfortable and our guide was absolutely great. Highly recommend.
Giverney was beautiful and a very calming place you can just imagine why Monet wanted to live there. Beautiful scenery and a great guide. It's a must on any trip to France
Stunning ! Absolutely recommended. Super relaxing tip to Giverny and then drive thru the French fields to Veraailles
The tour was wonderful. We didn't have enough time in Versailles. The highlight of the trip was Giverny and I recommend that one visits Giverny separately since we would have loved to have spent the whole day there in the garden and the village. Our tour guide was very informative and pleasant.
Martine our guide was fabulous. We had a wonderful day with quite a small tour group which made everything easy and fun. The morning in Monet's garden was beautiful. Gorgeous weather. We then stopped for lunch at Moulin des Fourges - a wonderful place to stop for lunch. The Palace of Versailles was unbelievable, truly amazing! Again, not so many people which made it a pleasure to visit. For those worried about security, there was a fairly big presence there with the usual bag checks etc. Always felt safe. A wonderful experience and these 2 places are a must see if you go to France
Great experience from start to finish. Tour guide, Jolliette, I think that was her name was very knowledgable and spoke English very well. Bus was on time and comfortable. Headsets worked well. Giverny was beautiful! Loved seeing the gardens in full blooms and the water lily pond. Lunch was very nice. Great location and liked having time to meet and talk with others on the tour.
Versailles is amazing. My only issue was there was not enough time to really look around the gardens before we had to board the bus. We had an hour to wander only and it started to rain so the tour was cut even short.
Overall great day, great experience. I have used Viator in other cities and every one has been well worth the money!!
A good balance of guided tour and free time to explore your personal interests. Giverny was crowded but we were able to get back to the water lilies to get pictures. We enjoyed the lunch at le Moulin de Fourges. It is a beautiful setting and a 3 course lunch with wine was delicious. Versailles was Versailles, beautiful and impressive. It was worth the cost.
