Great, fantastic guide, Stephie, really knowledgeable and passionate about the Palace. Was a lovely small group too - really excellent trip and well worth a trip out of central Paris to go and see.
Transportation to and from Versailles was very comfortable and our tour guide was very knowledgeable about the Palace and history of France.
What a fantastic tour! It would however have been nice to have more time through the gardens but very informative and engaging for little ones.
Amazing and spectacular place, no words to describe the palace, everything was big!
Versailles is amazing. I had no idea it was an actual town! Petit Trianon and the gardens are just amazing a dwell worth visiting first to help put Versailles in perspective. Actual Versailles is so big, so over the top and so many people it is very hard to take it all in. Our guide was extremely knowledgeable and very personable. A great day.
This is a spectacular trip and a must to do if in Paris for a few days. Our guide was excellent and you really need their expertise to get the most from a visit as there is so much to see. Excellent addition of the gardens especially if the weather is OK.
Very comfortable transportation and knowledgeable guide. The tour of the palace and was very informative and being there on a Sunday was especially nice since the garden fountains were all operating. I recommend this excursion to all Paris visitors.
The palace is amazing - a must see. Comfortable small bus, good guide. Only 'criticism' is that we were somewhat rushed through a lot of the rooms. It was a Sunday so maybe that happened as it was vey busy. Wold do it again but would maybe look at a full day tour of the place, it needs a full day.
This was a little rushed, Michelle our guide was very informative. Versailles was amazing. Worth he trip out of Paris proper. Enjoyed our day.
Our tour guide was amazing! She even got a wheelchair for someone struggling with the stairs. She was also super fun and knowledgeable. We've been there before on a tour and this one was much better.
Because our pickup was near the Eiffel tower, my daughter and I seized the opportunity to arrive early and ride the cable up to the first platform. It was definitely an unexpected opportunity. The staff at the office of Paris Tours were so friendly and gave us information that was so helpful about securing a taxi when we returned so we could get back to our hotel.
The tour guide Yaell sp was so friendly and sparkling. She had a lot of information to offer and shared it freely. She kept track of us very carefully since it was quite crowded, as expected. She was very knowledgeable about the Palace and gave us good information about paying attention to where we were when we moved on to Le Petit Trianon. It was a web of paths that led to so many wonderful sights, my eyes were filled at the end. We didn't have much time for the fountains in the gardens and I was sad about that. It was really much to large to make even a small dent. We were only able to see the fountains which were in plain view as you walked to the garden. We missed the musical show which was part of our tour due to timing and lack of time. I was disappointed in that...
This was the best tour of my three weeks in Europe! Our guide was terrific. She was personable, knowledgeable, and prepared. She brought along her own ipad to use during the tour to enhance it for us. On the bus with our small group, she made a point to speak to each of us and was truly interested in where we were from.
The highlight of this tour for me was Marie Antionette's Hamlet. I will never recommend going to Versailles without also seeing the Hamlet. Unfortunately, the Hamlett site is HUGE, and there are dozens and dozens of unmarked trails to explore, but there is next to no signage to guide you. They do give you a map, but without street names it's very hard to navigate. This isn't the guide's or the tour company's fault - it's what I think is a failure on the Versaille site's part. Our guide gave us very clear instructions and guidance before letting us explore, but be aware that you'll still be easily lost of you don't pay close attention. If I go again. I'll use my smart phone and drop a pin before I set out from the entrance.
At the palace, it was VERY crowded, and the line to get in was long. Thanks to being part of this tour. we were able to skip the line with our group, but we still had to wait with the other groups for our turn. It took us about 20 minutes. DON'T try to go without being on a tour OR buying the Paris pass, which also lets you get into the Louvre and ab out 50 other sites wthout a wait.
My one and only complaint about seeing Versailles is that I didn't feel like I had enough time after the palace to really explore the vast gardens. The tour offers a good way to get to the town of Versailes and travel between the palace and the Hamlet, but I would have enjoyed having another hour to explore on my own. That being said, I felt that I easily got my money's worth.
Amazing palace and grounds! We were able to see the main palace, gardens, Petit Trianon and Marie Antoinette's hamlet. Our guide was very informative and spoke English perfectly! We had a four hour tour, my only wish was for a little more time to see the gardens more.
Isabella was a great tour guide, very informative and we enjoyed our visit very much.
This trip with the hamlet visit and the palace and the gardens is a great package.
Great tour. Easy to find. Nice transportation. Tour guide knew her stuff. You had a chance to spend the first part of the tour on your own exploring Petit Tirnon. Then the guided part in Versailles. Finally back on your own to explore the garden. All easy- skip the line a MUST.
A group of 6, a small bus to take us from Paris to Versailles and back. An informative, friendly and charming guide, Lucille, and a total of five hours. Perfect.
Having been to Versailles a few times many years ago, we had never been to Marie-Antoinette's Petit Trianon and the Hamlet. What a delight - and in some ways more interesting than the main Palace itself.
A solo visit to the Trianon and Hamlet would have involved a lot of walking, from what we could see of many people trudging along the road from the Palace. This tour took us by bus as far as was possible, and picked us up at the exit of the Hamlet, avoiding an even longer walk back. We made this visit first, and then went to Versailles Palace itself. It was so good to skip the line and have Lucille show us through the rooms, with her interesting commentary through ear-pieces. After this we had about 45 minutes to explore the gardens. This was not a cheap tour, but it was worth it, and we would recommend it.
This tour was fantastic. Our guide Michelle was first rate. She was very knowledgeable and fun. Because we were there in August Versailles was crowded but Michelle helped make it great. Would highly recommend this tour

Teriffic tour and a good use of limited time in Paris if you want to include a visti to Versailles. You avoid the long lines to get into the palace, and the hassel of getting out to Versailles from the city. We went on a Saturday afternoon, so we were also able to enjoy the gardens with the fountains in full operation. Our tour guide was great and including our kids, age 6 and 10, and was able to share lots of history and detail. A great way to get to and from Versailles.

Best trip and best tour guide, thank you Ariane. At the time of the tour I was injured and on crutches and she and tour office made every effort not only to help me but also to make sure I enjoyed everything. This tour I would do again on my next trip, it was that good. The Petit Trianon grounds are stunning. Worth every penny.
It was an excellent tour. The only recommendation is that our tour guide should have carried something to hold above her head so we could find her. It was very, very crowded and sometimes it was difficult to figure out where she was even though we could hear her with the headphones.

If you can take this tour with Maeva as your guide, go for it. She was the best. Smiling, enthusiastic, and clearly loved her profession. Versailles was impressive, but extremely crowded. Maeva would pull us over to a semi-quiet corner and tell us about what we were seeing. The crowds were a bit much, but if you have a good guide, it's worth seeing, if only once.
Bravo! Been on many tours in my life; this one was small, attentive, comfortable and knowledgable! I loved the fact that I could have the wind in my hair and an unobstructed view all the way the the castle. That was not the best part however, but our guide Maeva was! Energetic, friendly and smart!
This was a beautiful place to see. Wear comfortable shoes as you will be walking a whole lot. The tour guide was very knowledgeable and she allowed some time to explore on your own as well. You can take pictures inside which was a major perk.
