Amazing time with Davide! Very knowledgeable about the Parmesan process. This tour was a perfect for our group of two adults and two children ages 12 and 14.

We had the most incredible time biking through Parma and learning about parmigiano reggiano. It became clear how intentional and seeded in tradition the process of making parmigiano reggiano was and our tour guide was passionate about sharing and teaching us the background and importance. We had a magical time. Our tour guide was very in tune with the needs and temperature of the group and couldn’t have been better. The bike ride was easy and very enjoyable. The luncheon was the cherry on top. The mortadella and Lambrusco was wildly delicious. 10/10 recommend!

Davide was an fun, knowledgeable guide who was passionate about food and cycling. An easy ride to the factory and then a lovely tour through the sights of the centre followed by a delicious lunch. We all loved it.

Davide was an excellent guide and the tour is just perfect. If you just get to go to Parma for a day with this tour not only you get to learn how traditional Parmesan cheese gets made, but also you get to taste different cold cuts produced in Parma and you get to know the town riding a bike! I enjoyed it A LOT! Thanks Davide for this experience :)
I recommend that if you go in april, go with warm clothing because early it gets pretty cold.

My sister and I loved our time in Parma. We were a little nervous about the bikes and traffic, but David was an excellent guide. He was also SO knowledgeable about the history and importance of cheese in this area. We also enjoyed a wonderful lunch and conversation following the tour. I definitely recommend this tour!
A Perfect Day in Parma

We had a fantastic day cruising around on bikes with Davide and learning about the Parmigiano-making process. He is very knowledgeable and personable, and we had lots of fun chatting while we pedaled. The tour finished with an intimate tasting of meats and cheeses with chilled red Lambrusco. Perfecto!

We had a terrific time. The ride is easy and we felt safe despite crossing a few roads. A kind and considerate host. The cheese factory tour was fascinating and the tour of the city by bike is a fabulous way to see the sights. We are so glad we did this our first day in Parma. Thank you
