We are a family of three from the United States. We visited Penang in November 2013. The Hotel-to-Airport transfer was perfect. The drive arrived to our hotel 15 mins before scheduled time, helped us with the luggage, and deposited us to Penang Int'l Airport on time. On the way he gave us a mini-tour of Penang island. Overall experience is excellent.
