Rather than focus on local cuisine—like many cooking classes do—this one teaches the methods of one of more than half a dozen cuisines from all over the world. Choose a class and cuisine of your liking, from Spanish tapas to Thai food to New York “Nosh,” and spend several hours in the kitchen cooking and eating with your group.
