What To Expect
Your sightseeing cruise and visit to the Perth Zoo can be enjoyed on the same day or separate days—your choice. Departing from central Perth, your Swan River sightseeing cruise allows you to admire much of the city, from the downtown skyline to the western suburbs where luxurious homes sit up on the riverbank. Spot attractions like King’s River, the Bell Tower and the old Swan Brewery building as you journey down the river to Fremantle, a historical port city located when the river meets the Indian Ocean. Turn around here for the return trip to Perth, where your cruise ends at the departure point. Your admission to the Perth Zoo includes ferry transfers between the city center and South Perth, a riverfront suburb just across the water where the zoo is located. Enter the zoo to check out its collection of both native Australian animals and exotic wildlife from other countries. Wander through its array of exhibits, from reptiles to marsupials to the animals of the African Savannah.
Confirmation will be received at time of booking
Both the zoo and cruise are wheelchair accessible
You must redeem the voucher at the Perth office to collect your cruise tickets and zoo passes
Hint: To ensure you have enough time to visit the many exhibits in Perth Zoo, it is recommended that you board the first departing ferry of the day.

The Zoo has to be a MUST during your stay in Perth. It's a nice huge place, where you can enjoy a wonderful day.
If you decide to do both zoo + return from Fremantle make sure you pick the 11 am option. 2:15 pm is a little late as you're returned @ 4:45 pm, which is too late for the zoo on the day. If you got 1 day extra you can rebook the zoo tour. Otherwise you will have to let go if you're on tight schedule as mine.
Overall, I enjoyed this package- however, if you are going to go to the zoo and do the cruise on the same day it is a pretty tight itinerary, you can't get off and look around at Fremantle if you want to spend any time at the zoo. Other than that the staff were very helpful and the zoo is great. My only other criticism was that I'm not sure it was clear beforehand that you had to be able to print your voucher. i was staying at a college that didn't have printing capacity so I had to frantically find a copy store that opened up sufficiently early to print the voucher before my cruise. I think this could be made more obvious in the booking process (I suppose I could have missed it?)
